2021: Implementing Smart ID Engine

Button's accounting outsourcing service introduced Smart Engines technology for recognizing the Russian passport into its personnel accounting system. This was announced on November 19, 2021 by Smart Engines. Users of the service have become available the capabilities of the Smart ID Engine software product, which provides fast and secure entry of passport data, simplifying the process of hiring new employees. The button is an accounting outsourcing with managerial accounting and legal protection for firms and organizations (IP, LLC, USN-D, USN D-R, OSNO) both in Moscow and throughout Russia.

Now you do not need to manually enter passport data for Buttons customers to hire a new employee. Based on artificial intelligence technologies, the Smart Engines recognition system will quickly and accurately extract data from the passport, and then they are automatically entered into the fields of the new employee's account card in the Button customer personnel accounting system.

Smart Engines software products do not require any specific user skills. The algorithm was trained on a sample of 1.2 million payments and passed an accuracy check on 300,000 payments that were previously made manually by accountants. Studies have shown that the method used allows you to automatically make 96.5% of payments, while alternative solutions (comparison was made with 1C: Accounting) process only 80%.

A resident of the Skolkovo Foundation's information technology cluster, Button announced in September 2016 that thanks to its technology, 100% of bank payments can be processed by artificial intelligence. Buttons technology is used in accounting, allowing you to accurately determine the type of transaction and post bank statements.

The goal of the company is to create artificial accounting intelligence and use it to automate accounting by 90%. This means that 90% of all accounting transactions will be performed by the system itself, and only 10% will require human participation.

One of the important needs of the client is to know what tax he will pay in the nearest report. To correctly calculate it, you need to conduct a bank statement - for each payment, determine what type of transaction it relates to: payment to the supplier, return to the buyer, withdrawal of cash, issuance of a loan to the counterparty, etc. The accountant, knowing the circumstances of the client and having read the purpose of the payment, can quite accurately determine the type of transaction and correctly post the payment. But carrying out each payment by an accountant means that with the growth of the customer base, the staff of accountants will increase linearly.

Using the Button reduces costs by automating the process. After all, conducting a bank statement is the task of classification: each payment must be correlated with one of the classes (type of transaction). The use of the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm allowed the company to automate the discharge process and achieve high accuracy in determining the type of operation - 96.5%.

Using machine learning algorithms allows Knopka to increase the client base and at the same time not hire new employees. And for accountants "Buttons," the process of conducting the statement is simplified and allows you to check the correctness of the transactions in a short time, and where necessary, adjust the payments made. The algorithm is self-learning, each correction of the accountant allows you to improve the process and improve the algorithm.

The button performs four functions - accountant, lawyer, business assistant and Internet bank. Services can be purchased in a package or limited to accounting only. The clients of "Button" are more than 700 companies throughout Russia.
