2024: Integration with Polymatica Dashboards

SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) expands the Polymatica product line with the software product "Data Generation Module ." Developed by partner company Codex Proj, it is designed to generate and record data and further display it in the information panel designer Polymatica Dashboards. Softline announced this on April 2, 2024.

This product allows you to automate the process of data maintenance - entry and loading, and save them to the database in a structured form.

The "data generation module" makes it possible to use the designer of reporting and data collection forms, to automate control during data generation (format-logical control, cross-checks); flexibly differentiate user accesses to both the functions in the module and the data itself; verify them at once by several users using a matching model.

It not only provides data entry for displaying analytics on dashboards, as it is implemented in individual Russian BI solutions, but also automates many processes in companies - for example, through interaction with state and other information systems.

Users can set up notifications about the execution of actions (for example, entering, downloading or agreeing on data) and select an alert channel (for example, Telegram). Reference books and all-Russian classifiers are available in the product - this is not only a reduction in manual input, but also ensuring the normalization of data.

The "Data Generation Module" implements the No-Code approach: an ordinary user can configure data maintenance for a task through a graphical interface and without involving developers and programmers.

The product, forming data in a structured form, allows you to display them not only in tables, but also in information panels in Polymatica Dashboards (for example, data on the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic for public services). It is also possible to use the "What-if" analysis method: simulate and predict data on dashboards online - seeing how changing one or more values ​ ​ affects other indicators, users can make more informed management decisions. Dashboards are implemented by embedding tabular forms directly into Polymatica Dashboards via the API.

The new module simplifies the process of data consolidation, makes it flexible, understandable, and most importantly, completely controlled.
