2023: iSpace System Introduction
On November 29, 2023, Conteq introduced iSpace, an open source system for efficient organization of collaboration within divisions. iSpace provides the ability to share documents, knowledge, manage tasks, and automate business processes.
The iSpace system is a domestic development, acting as a full-fledged import substitution of Microsoft SharePoint for corporate clients. The components used in the platform are included in the list of software recommended by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation for use at CII facilities.
iSpace provides teams from all departments the opportunity to collaborate, manage tasks, automate workflows to maximize efficiency, implement strategic initiatives, and achieve goals. The BPM module allows you to automate any workflows at the group, division, company or holding level yourself without involving programmers or contractors - from application accounting to corporate document management. iSpace is used to implement various business scenarios, depending on the industry and the current tasks of the organization.
As a domestic analogue of Microsoft SharePoint, iSpace provides the ability to create a team workspace and use it as a safe place for, storages organize, exchange information and access it from any device, as well as work together on documents (built with), integration P7 Office quickly search for the necessary information, maintain lists and document libraries, take into account versioning and ensure enterprise-level security.
The advanced role model in iSpace allows you to quickly set up employees or groups of employees to access the necessary elements: documents, files, reports. Using iSpace, risk management solutions (RiskControl system), V2V counterparty portal, internal electronic document management have already been created.
The iSpace cross-platform system deployed on the Customer's servers or data centers in the Russian Federation is completely independent of proprietary software. In addition, the platform has an open API, which makes it possible to seamlessly integrate related information services and systems.
