2026: Compatibility with the Tantor Postgres Special Edition DBMS
Crosstech Solutions Group and Tantor Labs confirmed the mutual compatibility and correctness of Jay Data software products and Tantor Postgres Special Edition DBMS. Crosstech announced this on January 29, 2026.
As part of the tests, the stable operation of two software products was confirmed. Jay Data correctly processes data, masks sensitive information and generates reports on transactions in the Tantor Postgres SE DBMS. Support for concealment of confidential information in this DBMS helps companies build secure data processes.
On the part of customers, we have seen a steady increase in requests for the use of Jay Data with domestic DBMS. This is necessary, among other things, for compliance with regulatory requirements within the 152-FZ. Confirmation of compatibility with Tantor Special Edition meets this request, "said Ali Hajiyev, Jay Data Product Director.
Confirming the compatibility of the Tantor Postgres Special Edition DBMS with the Jay Data solution is an important step for creating protected domestic IT ecosystems. Our database built on PostgreSQL provides high performance and stability, and in combination with data masking tools from Crosstech Solutions Group, this allows customers to comprehensively solve information security problems. We see a growing demand for such integrated solutions and are glad to expand the capabilities of our users, - said Alexey Kulakov, Director of the Product Development Department of Tantor Labs.

Jay Data 1.11 Integration with HashiCorp Vault
On December 17, 2025, the Crosstech Solutions Group vendor presented an update to the platform for searching, classifying, masking confidential information in the database - Jay Data 1.11. The solution helps in practice to comply with the key requirements of RKN Order No. 140.
This version of the product is configured to integrate with the HashiCorp Vault solution. This functionality allows you to centrally manage Jay Data secrets and eliminate the risk of confidential data leakage. Through the collaboration of the two solutions, a single secret retention loop is created in which you can apply existing information security policies without changes.
The product also implements the ability to configure a secure connection between Jay Data and the DBMS using the TLS protocol. This solution is especially important if the database is located in the cloud, as it can reduce the risk of information interception and meet internal security requirements.
Jay Data 1.11 has the ability to export and import an depersonalization plan into a file. This functionality allows you to transfer previously configured depersonalization scenarios between databases in minutes and use them as templates. This simplifies work with new databases, reduces the risk of errors and runs dev/test loops faster.
The product improves the stability of the UPDATE masking mode, in which depersonalization can be carried out without creating an additional backup. This will save you time to create an additional backup and the space you need to store it. Both default masking rules and user-created rules are available in UPDATE mode.
Jay Data 1.11 supports the latest versions of database management systems - PostgreSQL 16, 17 and Postgres Pro 16, 17. This allows you to use the new capabilities of the DBMS without restrictions from the data depersonalization system, "said Maxim Belov, Jay Data product manager.
Jay Data 1.9 with profiling and masking reports
Crosstech Solutions Group on July 16, 2025 introduced an updated version of its Jay Data platform, which searches, classifies, masks confidential information in the database.
The solution has become available reports on the results of profiling and masking data with the ability to export in table format to Excel. They simplify the process of coordination with the responsible employees of the list of databases where the masking process needs to be carried out.
The report structure includes database schemas, tables, columns, data types, domains, applied masking rules, and constraints such as nullability, etc.
For more comfortable work with the product, important interface changes were implemented. Added flexibility to select tables and columns when configuring masking and profiling processes, which is especially relevant for companies with complex database structures. Now the solution interface is more intuitive, which will help users more easily navigate the Jay Data workspace.
Jay Data 1.9 has expanded its line of supported DBMSs. Postgres Pro support was added to the previously implemented integration with Oracle Database, MS SQL, Server Sybase, ClickHouse and other DBMS due to its growing popularity with customers.
In addition, the speed of data masking has been increased in this version of the solution. For each DBMS, a significant increase in performance was achieved, which will help reduce data processing time and reduce the burden on the infrastructure of companies.
When developing Jay Data 1.9, we relied on requests and feedback from current users. In the updated version, the interface has become simpler and clearer, which allows specialists to work more comfortably with the product. The rate of data masking for various DBMSs was also significantly increased. Separately, I note that Jay Data 1.9 implements the English version of the solution interface, "said Ali Hajiyev, Product Director of Jay Data.
2024: Compatibility with Red OS
Crosstech Solutions Group has completed testing for compatibility of the Jay Data software product with the Red Software operating system. Crosstech announced this on March 6, 2024.
Testing of the configurations of the RED OS operating system and Jay Data software product was carried out at a test bench organized by specialists from the CTSG engineering center. During the tests, checks were carried out on the correctness of the installation and operation of the Jay Data software product in the RED OS operating system.
As a result of the tests, the compatibility of the Jay Data confidential information masking platform with the RED OS operating system was confirmed, which helps to increase user confidence in the company's product and makes it possible to expand its target audience.
This technology alliance helps Russian companies build a full-fledged IT infrastructure based on Russian developments and fully comply with the requirements of the President of the Russian Federation on import substitution of foreign software. As a manufacturer of information protection tools, it is important for us to provide our customers with documentary evidence of compatibility with domestic operating systems, guaranteeing full compliance with the requirements of the information security market, "commented Jay Data Product Director Ali Hajiyev.
