On March 31, 2020 the service of cloud video surveillance and video analytics Ivideon announced the offer of a cloud solution for remote monitoring and record of video with indicators of temperature measurement of a body. The announcement of Dahua Thermal Solution based on DH-TPC-BF3221P-T of the Lite and DH-TPC-BF5421P-T series of the Pro series

On March 19, 2020 the DAHUA Technology company reported that it developed the ready-made solution on the basis of the thermal imaging camera which is capable to take remotely temperature of a human body with a pinpoint accuracy unavailable to normal thermal imagers and contactless thermometers on the basis of pyrometric sensors. At the same time the emphasis is placed on completely ready-made solution which is adapted to application in public places; it automatically detects people with the increased temperature and right there signals about it.

According to the company, Dahua Thermal Solution for temperature measurement ABB (Absolutely Black Body) uses the thermal imaging network camera in a combination to the special calibration radiator. Existence of such source of reference temperature which is constantly present under review the thermal imager allows to lower considerably the measurement error arising because of temperature fluctuations of the environment, heating of the uncooled microbolometer of the thermal imager and other external factors which are difficult for considering during the work in actual practice out of the enclosed space. Such approach allows to achieve the high accuracy of temperature measurement of the person which at Dahua Thermal Solution is all ±0.3⁰C. It is confirmed by additional measurements of body temperature of the person medical thermometers. The DAHUA Technology strongly recommends to use this solution with AChT. The matter is that temperature even of the healthy person fluctuates during the day, increasing by the evening (+37.2 °C are considered a maximum of regulation) therefore it is necessary to measure it as it is possible more precisely to distinguish healthy people from infected. For this reason the accuracy of measurements ±0.3⁰C which is provided by Dahua Thermal Solution with AChT is minimum necessary requirement as practice, but not excess luxury shows. Decrease in accuracy even to ±0.5⁰C, and it approximately for 70%, leads to the sharp growth of errors of detection that is unacceptable for mass monitoring of temperature in places of big accumulation of people.

At detection of the person with the increased temperature Dahua Thermal Solution gives a disturbing signal: for this purpose the siren and the blinking illumination is built in the thermal imager. Besides, it is possible to implement transfer of alarm on the video recorder with face recognition and the intelligent detector of a mask on the person that will allow to perform further quick search on a videoarchive for the subsequent identification of potentially infected persons.

The built-in intellectual algorithms working according to the image from the additional camera of an optical spectrum having higher resolution, than the main thermal imaging camera with high accuracy detect a human face. Thanks to it temperature, open sections of the head, and other warm objects in a frame which could cause false operation is taken, are ignored. Such intellectual (AI) models of thermal imaging network cameras with detecting of persons are provided in all product lines of DAHUA Technology: Ultra, Pro and Lite.

Dahua Thermal Solution is specially created for work in public places and is able to determine temperature of several people at the same time that can be useful on objects with a big flow of people. Nevertheless, for effective temperature measurement of big flows of people it is important to organize correctly their movement. It will be optimal by method of the organization of the movement queue: each person appears in sight of the thermal imaging camera separately and cannot be covered by another.

For March, 2020 samples of the equipment are tested in Moscow and also all necessary equipment under projects is available. Thus, even with a sharp growth of incidence of a koronavirusny infection of Dahua it is ready to offer both B2G segment, and B2B, the ready-made and reliable solution. It is available in several options where the thermal imagers of different permission and intelligent video recorders providing different functionality and performance are combined.

Three different sets based on the hybrid DH-TPC-BF3221P-T thermal imager of the Lite series are developed for B2B. This budget solution with a resolution of thermal imager 256x192. For B2G three more functional and expensive sets on the basis of the hybrid DH-TPC-BF5421P-T thermal imager of the Pro series with the resolution of 400x300 as it gives the better and informative image are offered.

Dahua Thermal Solution is the solution which proved in China at the height of epidemic.
