2018: DaData Suggestion is a search mechanism of partners

In the spring of 2018 the NORBIT company (enters into LANIT group), automated work with details of partners in bpm'online from Terrasoft company. The DaData Suggestion service allows to autocomplete and check details of the organizations that facilitates search of partners, using DaData.ru service.

After data entry a system creates a card with indication of the following data: complete and short the name, the check point, PSRN, a TIN, positions and the Full Name of the head, the detailed address with indication of on the card.

Using service the employee can find with ease complete data on location of the client by an address fragment. At data entry it obtains information with indication of the address, the index, the country, the region, the city, the street, at home, of the body/building, apartments, the Federal Information Address System codes and KLADR.

Service is compatible to all solutions on the bpm'online platform. Also work with this solution can be personalized – requests can arrive only from certain employees.

The functionality developed by a command of NORBIT allows to obtain up-to-date data about the required companies and to avoid errors at information input and also saves time necessary for filling and updating of profiles of partners. All information on the organizations is generated from the USRLE/Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs open data sources, address data – from the Federal Information Address System/KLADR.
