BoardMaps is a software solution for automating the activities of collegial governing bodies in large and medium-sized companies, government bodies: boards of directors, boards, committees and working groups. The solution can be used by large business structures, representatives of medium and small businesses, government bodies. The BoardMaps product is based on the idea of ​ ​ a "question paper." The question is the key essence around which the work of the collegial body is organized, and the question circulation is a technology that provides support for the entire life cycle of the question: from its occurrence to the adoption of a decision and the execution of orders.

2024: BoardMaps 3.0 compatibility with Astra Linux Special Edition 1.7.4

Astra Group and Dashboard Systems JSC, specializing in automation of corporate governance processes, on February 22, 2024 announced the completion of all stages of testing for compatibility of their solutions - the software product BoardMaps 3.0 and OCAstra Linux Special Edition 1.7.4.

BoardMaps 3.0 is a new product in the BoardMaps family of products, developed on the basis of open source software and focused on launching in an import-substituted environment, meeting the current challenges of digitalization and security of corporate information in the Russian Federation. The decision automates corporate governance processes: planning, preparation, holding and registration of meetings of collegial governing bodies from boards of directors to specialized committees. The product allows you to take part in meetings, vote on agenda items, agree on materials and final protocols with certification using an electronic signature, including from mobile applications. During the interoperability testing, tests such as operating the software in the OS environment were performed as part of the minimum basic functionality test scenario and in a protected software environment. As a result of testing, experts concluded that all components of the joint solution work normally, and their functionality is fully available to users. BoardMaps 3.0 received a compatibility certificate with Astra Linux as part of the Ready for Astra IT manufacturers' technology cooperation program. It is worth noting that a containerized application running in docker images was tested. BoardMaps 3.0 was one of the first to be tested for compatibility in this version. 2015

"Dashboard Systems" and "Onlanta" will provide BoardMaps in the cloud

Onlanta and Dashboard Systems signed an agreement in January 2015, according to which Onlanta received the right to commercially implement the BoardMaps software product using the SaaS model from the cloud OnCloud.ru. Onlanta ensures that the BoardMaps application is placed and operated on the server power of the OnCloud.ru cloud, the application is available to customers according to SLA, case registration, and incident resolution. Also, company employees advise users.

BoardMaps and Thesis Integration

The idea of ​ ​ integration EDMS THESIS with the product "" Dashboard Systems arose within the framework of Management Automation Project OJSC "" Almazergienbank(g.). Yakutsk The bank's leaders wanted to have in their hands a convenient software tool for making decisions, which allows, based on the results of meetings, to "lower" tasks for employees to the main banking EDMS, which has been the THESIS for two years.

Despite the fact that the EDMS THESIS, starting from version 4.1, supports the functionality of organizing meetings, it was decided to use a separate management software product in the project, which ordinary employees would not have access to. This product was the Boardmaps system.

The developers of Dashboard Systems responded to the offer of cooperation with Howlmont. As part of the project, both parties developed an end-to-end communication process between the two systems, allowing for a bidirectional "pipeline" to set tasks for employees and receive performance reports from them.

The Boardmaps system includes a mechanism for assigning employees, which can be drawn up both on the basis of minutes of management meetings and independently. In turn, the EDMS THESIS has a debugged mechanism for setting and fixing the execution of tasks.

In order to create continuous integration between the two systems, the Howlmont developers created an algorithm that allows you to take orders from Boardmaps and create task cards in THESIS on their basis and send them for execution. Conversely, transfer the results of the task from THESIS to Boardmaps.

As a result, members of the company's management board can see the result of the execution of orders directly in the automation system for the work of managers without entering the EDMS. Employees who are assigned a task, in turn, can use the rich capabilities of managing tasks in THESIS - reassign tasks to other performers, perform them in a group, divide them into subtasks, etc.

As a result of the project implementation for an individual customer, it was decided to make this integration functionality with Boardmaps part of the replicated THESIS product. Companies interested in using the system of automation of the work of collegial bodies can now be sure that there is an EDMS that is able to effectively interact with this product, providing a level of abstraction between senior management and employees of lower ranks, while at the same time allowing them to effectively interact with each other.

2014: First Release

February 28, 2014 it became known about the release in June 2013 by Dashboard Systems of the first release of BoardMaps.

Description

The product initially focused on supporting mobile work with the iPad. BoardMaps is easy to use and configure, supports the work of several collegial bodies in one company or in several companies within the holding, is available as a classic application or as a cloud service on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Features

BoardMaps supports full-fledged work on the iPad with questions, meetings, instructions and materials, including offline without access to the Internet. All changes are saved on the iPad and synchronized with the server at the next communication session
