2018: Subsystems of independent monitoring of a single network of data transmission of public authorities
Scientific Research Institute Voskhod created and develops subsystems of independent monitoring of a single network of data transmission of public authorities (SPDOV) and a backbone network of channels of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI). In a stage of pilot operation there is a subsystem of monitoring of infrastructure of DPC.
SPDOV, until recently most often mentioned as ESPD, is an integral part of infrastructure of the electronic government and represents set of networks of trunk data transmission channels with access nodes in the administrative centers of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. Works on its creation and operation are conducted Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications (till May 15, 2018 — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia) together with Rostelecom PJSC. Now 56 federal ministries and departments are connected to SPDOV, the decision on its use is made by each body independently.
More than 100 SIEI channels are also connected to SPDOV.
2016
Since 2016 based on SPDOV in the test mode the subsystem of monitoring of infrastructure of DPC functions. The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications participate in the pilot of Voskhod. The subsystem provides continuous control of functioning of infrastructure and service quality of DPC directly in workplaces of users.
2013: Monitoring of a single network of data transmission
Independent and objective, metrological the attorney provides serviceability check of SPDOV the subsystem "Monitoring of a single network of data transmission" created by Scientific Research Institute Voskhod in 2013. She exercises continuous control of channels and objects of monitoring in real time, automatically notifies users in case of decrease in utilization properties and also allows to analyze compliance of service quality of SPDOV to the parameters enshrined in Agreements on the level of service.
In five years Voskhod performs works on expansion of a measuring circuit of SPDOV and increase in structure of objects of monitoring and also the solutions providing integration with external systems are developed. Received including from information security systems, data allow to react quickly to the arising incidents in network.
Subsystems of monitoring of Scientific Research Institute Voskhod are one of important instruments of the state control of execution of a number of actions for creation, development and functioning of infrastructure of digital economy. They are a part of the state Federal situational center of the electronic government intended for increase in process performance of electronic interaction and improvement of mechanisms of control and monitoring of processes of interdepartmental exchange.
