On February 21, 2024, Detsky Mir announced the launch of a courier delivery service for online orders "by click."
In October 2023, Detsky Mir launched a "click delivery" service in pilot mode for all users of the mobile application in all regions and cities of the network.
The service is available for online orders issued through the Detsky Mir mobile application for pickup from the store and having a "ready to issue" status. When you go to the order page and click the "delivery by courier" button, the buyer can receive his order home at any convenient time interval or within two hours in the delivery area.
As of the end of February 2024, "click delivery" is carried out from more than 950 stores of the chain throughout Russia. Since the launch of the service, more than 18 thousand buyers have already used the service.
In the near future, the "click delivery" service will also be available for users of the web version.

Refusal to print a paper check
On July 14, 2022, Detsky Mir Group announced the possibility for buyers to switch from paper checks to electronic ones.
As of July 2022, more than 50% of customers registered in the loyalty system receive checks in the electronic version.
To cancel printing a paper check, you need to enter your personal account on the detmir.ru website or in the Detsky Mir mobile application, and check the appropriate mark in the Notification Settings section. The option is available only to registered buyers who have specified the correct contact information in their personal account.

2020: More than 6,000,000 downloads per year
On February 9, 2021, Detsky Mir Group of Companies announced a large number of downloads of the mobile application for 2020.
Over the year of the existence of the Detmir application, more than 6 million downloads were recorded, the number of users exceeded 7.8 million people, the number of sessions increased to 1.3 million per day, and the average session duration was 5.5 minutes. In 2020, more than 17.4 million orders were issued through the company's mobile application. At the end of January 2021, 72.8% of all online purchases were issued through a mobile application. Most often, users choose and buy clothes and shoes, toys, food, as well as personal hygiene products for children. At the same time, the average income from a user of a mobile application is 27% higher than from a user of an online store.
At the end of December 2020, the active audience reached 3.6 million users. The application entered the top 10 Russian applications in the "Purchases" category with an average rating of 4.7 in the App Store and 4.8 on Google Play.
During 2020, the developers of Detsky Mir improved their mobile application. As of February 2021, users of the application have access to a single detmir.ru account with the site, the functionality of the basket has been improved, in particular integration Apple , Pay Google and Pay have been carried out, and the ordering process has been modernized.
The Detmir mobile application appeared in December 2019. It can be downloaded using smartphones based on iOS and Android.
