Support for taxonomy 6.1
Diasoft supported the taxonomy 6.1 XBRLBank of Russia for supervisory statistical reporting. The company announced this on October 30, 2024.
From January 1, 2025, a new version of the XBRL taxonomy of the Bank of Russia comes into force for financial institutions submitting reporting in XBRL format. Compared to the current version 5.2, taxonomy 6.1 contains extensive changes in part:
- Key figures and code part groups
- composition of analytical part groups;
- vocabulary and inumerators;
- roles in taxonomy;
- XBRL taxonomy entry points of the Bank of Russia.
Also, the final version of the taxonomy includes adjustments to the control ratios of reporting indicators and point architectural changes made based on the results of the pilot (test) collection of reporting when the new version of the taxonomy was released.
Diasoft supported the latest version of the XBRL taxonomy in the NFO Supervisory Reporting and XBRL Engine products for professional securities market participants (PURCB) and management companies (UK). The products are part of the Digital Q.Reporting platform and allow you to flexibly configure and form supervisory statistical reports of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in XBRL format. As part of product refinement, all changes have been implemented to enable reporting in the new taxonomy version, including data mapping (business settings) for key reporting forms.
Thus, professional securities market participants and management companies can set up reporting according to the new rules and be sure of compliance with all the requirements of the regulator.
Optimizing Data Lifecycle Management
Diasoft has optimized its data lifecycle management process using Hadoop ecosystem products. The company announced this on June 10, 2024.
As technology advances, organizations accumulate vast amounts of data. Data is the most valuable asset of companies: they are the basis for reporting, analyzing the activities of organizations and the market situation, generating forecasts, making management decisions and many other processes. The need for organized and secure storage of data is determined both by the business needs of companies, and, in some cases, by legal requirements.
To organize large amounts of data, you need to organize life cycle management. Current data should be available, outdated - archived, but if necessary, quickly restored from archives.
To solve these problems, Diasoft has developed archiving functionality as part of the Analytical Center product of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform. The data archive can be implemented using Hadoop ecosystem products.
The new archiving functionality automates the following processes:
- Identification and transfer of data related to archival periods from the main database to the "cold" storage layer (it stores data that users rarely access)
- Configuring storage policies
- checking the quality of data transferred to the archive;
- Delete data from the primary database and archive in accordance with the procedure
- Returns data from the archive to the primary database.
The organization of data lifecycle management can reduce the burden on the main DBMS, ensure the availability, integrity and security of information arrays in the archive, said Igor Shabanin, Deputy Director of the Data Economics Department of Diasoft.
|
To ensure data security, the archiving functionality allows you to configure the delimitation of access rights by roles to view data and operations on it. Within the framework of the added functionality, the capabilities of monitoring and managing archiving tasks are implemented: coordination, stop, restart, viewing the process of performing tasks, setting the frequency of autorun, receiving email notifications upon the formation and execution of tasks.
Support for the XBRL version 5.3 taxonomy and Bank of Russia Directive 6532-U
Diasoft supported the latest version of the XBRL taxonomy and Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 6532-U. The company announced this on February 20, 2024.
The Bank of Russia has updated the XBRL taxonomy to version 5.3. The changes affected the architecture and formulas for checking the financial statements of non-bank financial institutions (NFOs) and those who professionally work in this market.
Also, on January 1, 2024, Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 6532-U entered into force. It makes changes to the accounting and reporting of the NFO in terms of transactions with securities and digital financial assets. The reporting of professional participants in the securities market (PURCB) should be prepared taking into account these changes, starting from the 1st quarter of 2024.
The Diasoft company supported these changes in legislation in products for automation of PURCB reporting as part of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform: "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the NFO according to the Unified Chart of Accounts" and XBRL Engine. The changes are implemented in more than 40 tables of the financial statements (BFO).
The updated products of Diasoft were tested together with two PURCBs as part of the piloting of a new version of taxonomy by the Bank of Russia. As a result, errors in more than 20 control ratios were identified, information about this was sent to the Bank of Russia. As of February 2024, the products are ready to be put into commercial operation.

Integration of IFRS Reporting with Digital Q.Sensor
Diasoft specialists ensured the complete import-independence of the product for automation of IFRS reporting, integrating it with the Digital Q.Sensor platform. The platform is designed for business monitoring, analytics and data visualization and is included in the Unified Register of Russian computer and database programs. The integration of the IFRS Reporting product and Digital Q.Sensor is fully established, and one of the systemically important credit institutions (SZKO) is already being implemented. Diasoft announced this on October 19, 2023.
Using our own, rather than partner, data visualization product allows us to be fully responsible for each component and ensure that any changes are made at a high rate. This is especially important for compliance with the data preparation regulations and deadlines for the disclosure of financial statements, - said Olga Shiryaeva, head of products at the Data Economics department of Diasoft. |
Using the low-code of the Digital Q.Sensor toolkit, the user can independently customize the format for visualizing report forms based on business model terms. The capabilities of Digital Q.Sensor allow you to create PivotTables and a complete set of forms in a tabular form with detail.
The IFRS Reporting product is part of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform and automates the preparation of a complete package of forms, notes, adjustments in IFRS reporting, as well as consolidates the group's statements.
Support for updated reporting forms introduced by the Bank of Russia
On July 10, 2023, Diasoft announced that the following changes were implemented in the software product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," which is part of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform.
To limit the growth of the debt burden of the population, the Bank of Russia has established an MPL for unsecured loans.
Diasoft supported the calculation of the control of limits exceeding the regulator's debt burden and lending terms in accordance with Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 6037-U of 24.12.2021. The product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" implemented the formation of detailed reports with calculations in different sections. Based on the results of the list of transactions that exceeded the MPL, the calculation of the allowance code 8783 was supported with the preparation of the reporting form (Sections 10 and 11 of Forms 0409135). The overhead code 8783 is calculated both on the basis of limit control and on the basis of the finished list of transactions that have exceeded the limits.
Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4927-U dated 08.10.2018 introduced reporting form 0409263 "Information on Cross-Border Transactions Using Electronic Means of Payment and Transactions Made by Non-Residents Holding Corporate Electronic Means for Electronic Funds Transfer" since 01.01.2023. The form was developed in a datacentric format, which significantly reduces the costs of credit institutions for submitting information to the Bank of Russia.
Starting from 01.01.2024, Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 6406-U introduces reporting form 0409265 "Information on Credit Institution Customer Accounts and Money Transfers Conducted by Credit Institution, as well as on the Activities of Bank Payment Agents (Subagents)." As a result of the introduction of the form, the amount of data transmitted by banks will be reduced, and it will be possible to analyze and control indicators in new sections. Currently, Diasoft is working on the implementation of this form.
Diasoft is developing Form 0409112 "Individual Credit Risk Indicators for Loans Granted to Legal Entities" in accordance with Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 10.04.2023 of 6406-U "On the List, Forms and Procedure for Drawing Up and Submitting Credit Institution Reporting Forms to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation." The directive will come into force on January 1, 2024.
The report will contain information on credit risks and loan assessments for all loan agreements concluded with legal entities that were in force during the reporting month.
The Bank of Russia regularly optimizes the reporting requirements of credit institutions. In particular, for July 2023, a datacentric approach to collecting information is being introduced in order to reduce the costs of banks associated with the formation and presentation of reports to the regulator. Diasoft experts analyze all innovations in advance, compile current data models and implement them in a timely manner in the software products of the Digital Q.Reporting platform, said Igor Shabanin, Deputy Director of the Data Economics Department of Diasoft.

Adding Data Management and Measure Visualization to Management Reporting
Diasoft is developing the Management Reporting product, designed to prepare internal reports of the organization on the profitability and liquidity of the business, the prospects of new projects. The use of the product allows you to assess business indicators that need to be taken into account in the process of making management decisions, to calculate the financial condition of the organization and the effectiveness of its divisions. The product "Management Reporting" is part of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform, included in the Unified Register of Russian computer programs and databases (No. 16797 of 01.03.2023). The company announced this on April 11, 2023.
The conversion of Management Reporting to a microservice architecture provides high performance when processing large amounts of data used to evaluate business metrics; Simplifies integration capabilities and enables visual analytics and data management tools. Now you can quickly optimize and improve management reporting forms, and see the results of the analysis in different graphic formats (250 + views) instead of ordinary tables.
The product uses the tools of Digital Q.DataFlows technology platforms for data management and Digital Q.Sensor for visualization of results and analysis of indicators.
The process of preparing management reports includes the following stages of working with data:
- Labeling and enrichment of detailed data by management analysts.
- Calculation of aggregates by financial instruments (loan portfolio, transfer transactions, securities, etc.).
- Quality control of data - both detailed and aggregated.
- Management accounting adjustments, revenue and expense allocation.
- Visualize reporting in printed forms and dashboards.
2022: Calculation of the bank's daily ratios taking into account the methodology for calculating credit risks in the product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation"
Diasoft announced on August 8, 2022 that it would help banks automate the calculation of mandatory ratios based on an advanced approach to credit risk assessment (TAP).
In accordance with Bank of Russia Regulation No. 483-P, banks can calculate the amount of credit risks using the internal ratings approach. The TEC approach uses the bank's own valuation models and accumulated borrower default statistics to calculate risks. In contrast to the standardized approach, the EIT provides a more accurate and objective assessment of the amount of credit risk accepted for the purposes of inclusion in capital adequacy ratios. This makes it possible to increase the efficiency of capital use and improve the risk management system as a whole.
Diasoft has calculated the bank's daily ratios taking into account the methodology for calculating credit risks based on TMC in the software product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," which is part of the Digital Q.Reporting development platform. The product provides daily calculation of credit risks based on a large amount of data and the inclusion of indicators in the bank's reporting on capital adequacy ratios. For these purposes, the following modules were implemented in the CBR Reporting product:
- The calculation of the borrower's credit risk (hereinafter referred to as CRP) on credit requirements for which the value of credit risk is calculated according to the standard approach, and also includes lines with indicators calculated on the basis of TMC.
- Auxiliary data marts of forms 0409113 and 0409114, consisting of three levels of detail: from upper-level (final) values to detail at the transaction-account level.
The reporting forms provide a flexible system for changing algorithms the calculation of key figures. The data is collected in a structured form and can be used for any type of accounting and reporting in a credit institution.
The product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation," which includes functionality for calculating standards on the basis of an advanced approach to credit risk assessment (TAP), was created on an import-independent technological stack. This is relevant due to the cessation of work on the Russian market of large foreign developers of platforms for business analytics. The IT architecture of the product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" provides for the possibility of phased implementation of a TAP approach to calculate risks in certain credit areas (mortgages, lending to legal entities, etc.). The transition to the methodology of credit risk assessment based on internal ratings is carried out without stopping the business processes of credit cycle management, noted Igor Shabanin, Deputy Director of the Data Economics Department of Diasoft

2021: Embedding a chatbot to solve reporting problems
On June 1, 2021, Diasoft announced the integration of a chatbot into the functionality of an analytical platform for solving reporting problems.
Connecting the chat bots function to the Digital Q.Reporting business development platform (formerly Flextera BI) provides interaction between system users and a virtual online consultant through instant messengers. This "live" service supports dialogue in 24/7 mode and quickly gives answers to questions.
The main task of chat bots in solutions for automating different types of reporting is to help users in performing routine, monotonous tasks to monitor business processes for preparing all types of reporting.
The use of neural networks and machine learning allows you to generate frequently asked questions and supposed answers, train a smart tool so that it works according to clearly thought out logic and a given algorithm.
"By connecting chatbots, the user of the system will always be aware of the events. He will be able to quickly get answers to questions about the status of the form calculation process: which form is calculated, which process is active, which showcase is already filled with data, whether the storage is loaded, which of the processes is close to completion, etc. In case of unforeseen situations, for example, when processes are stopped, information will also be received immediately. All these capabilities have already been implemented in the functionality of the Digital Q.Reporting platform, "said Igor Shabanin, Deputy Director of the Data Economics Department of Diasoft. |
The solution will provide comfortable work for employees who support business process monitoring systems. It will allow managers to control business processes, receiving information using instant messengers, quickly and in one click. The intelligence of virtual assistants will save the bank's costs for performing routine tasks, save time and simplify the work of employees who are already accustomed to interactive communication with "smart tips" and will appreciate the convenience of this method of automating business processes.
The first version of the Diasoft chatbot is already ready for testing.

Service Implementation for Bank Class Determination
On May 29, 2020, the company Diasoft"" announced the implementation of a service for determining the class of the bank - A (A *), B or C - based on an analysis of CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION the organization's reports published on the website financial. The service is available on the FLEXTERA (BI Digital Q) product website.
The distribution of credit institutions by class is required to calculate mandatory ratios according to the finalized approach in accordance with the latest Bank of Russia Instruction No. 199-I "On Mandatory Ratios and Surcharges to Capital Adequacy Ratios of Banks with a Universal License." Diasoft will help you understand which class a particular bank belongs to and decide on the choice of approach to calculating standards.
We have developed a classifier available to all organizations and plan to keep the service up to date by updating the data based on the statements published on the Bank of Russia website, |
As the developer company noted, the last instruction entered into force on January 1, 2020, but banks still have the opportunity to choose - to continue calculating standards according to a standardized approach or to apply the introduced, finalized approach. Diasoft experts recommend not to delay the transition, which will open up additional opportunities for the bank to save money and should become mandatory for all banks from January 2021.
Legislative innovations are accepted as a tightening measure that does not directly benefit financial institutions. This time, everything is different - large-scale legislative changes related to the entry into force of the 199-I open up real opportunities for credit institutions engaged in project financing to save money by freeing up capital. Our customers have already appreciated such advantages, noted Igor Shabanin

Finalized approach of calculation of standards according to the instruction of the Central Bank No. 199-I in Flextera BI "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation"
On February 12, 2020, Diasoft"" announced that the FLEXTERA solution BI implemented the "Reporting" CENTRAL BANK RUSSIAN FEDERATION finalized approach to calculating ratios according to the Bank's Instruction dated Russia 29.11.2019 No. 199-I "On mandatory ratios and surcharges to capital adequacy ratios banks with a universal license." Users of FLEXTERA BI "Reporting" CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION have already sent reports to the Bank of Russia, calculated taking into account the changes.
The updated instruction entered into force on January 1, 2020. The changes relate to banks with a universal license. While banks can, at their choice, both continue to calculate standards according to the standardized approach, and apply the introduced, finalized approach. However, Diasoft experts recommend not to delay the transition, since for the first time in a long time large-scale legislative changes open up additional opportunities for credit institutions engaged in project financing to save money by freeing up capital.
The introduction of the finalised approach is one of the most significant changes in reporting over the past few years. The problem is at the intersection of data quality and complex calculation algorithms. It will be difficult to carry out such calculations manually. Moreover, the Bank of Russia plans to make other changes to the approach of calculating credit risk - it has already been announced that such changes in terms of retail and mortgage lending await us. Since all credit organizations are switching to a finalized approach from January 2021, it is worth thinking about the project as early as possible in order to facilitate the task of preparing reports at the time of the mass market transition and quickly start using the opportunities that have appeared, |
Customers of "Diasoft" were able to implement the necessary functionality in advance.
The Bank of Russia has been finalizing this document for a long time and published the final version only on December 30, 2019. We prepared in advance and began to refine our product in the fall of 2019, which allowed us to release the final version of the calculation in January, even taking into account the requirements that appeared from the regulatory act of December 30, 2019, says Igor
