Diasoft Sensor is responsible for the centralized monitoring of performance of business systems and an IT landscape. It provides operational obtaining information on a status of all IT infrastructure and single processes in real time.
Diasoft Sensor is intended for performance control of the Diasoft FA # and FLEXTERA systems.
2020: Release of the Business Sensor tool for Real-time of monitoring of business processes
On May 12, 2020 it became known that the Diasoft company released a versatile tool for Real-time of monitoring of business processes. Business Sensor is capable to solve problems of monitoring of business processes and telemetry at the following level, using technologies of stream data processing which the industry gave us. Unlike the classical BI systems approach which is implemented in Business Sensor does not require preliminary accumulation and data preparation. The information streams which are already going in IT-systems of the organization are operated. It also gives the chance to perform Real-time monitoring and analytics with the minimum delay from the moment of emergence of information before its visual representation and understanding by the user. Besides, it simplifies and accelerates monitoring implementation.
Business Sensor constantly traces the course of business processes and instantly informs the user on business incidents and anomalies that allows management to take the warning measures. In the basis a monitoring system – omnichannel therefore it can be used in the browser or on mobile devices. Instrument of gamification and non-material motivation of employees
The Diasoft company presented on November 28, 2018 to financial community the complete solution which using instruments of operational rating, gamification and non-material motivation increases employee performance.
The solution Diasoft Sensor provides setup and monitoring of business processes for any applied products with use as core banking system data sources and information systems of bank. "The thermal card" of users and business processes allows to analyze quickly efficiency of business process in general and also each of its stages, and on the basis of data retrieveds to calculate KPI. Separate function notifies responsible persons on achievement of threshold KPI value. The library of dashbord – graphic tables of new generation is available to employees and heads to simple and evident data visualization in a system.
A significant role in increase in employee performance is played by non-material tools of motivation. In Diasoft company such tool is the Inspider portal. Working in a complex with Diasoft Sensor, Inspider becomes an important element of transformation of corporate culture of the company, the interface for work of users with instruments of gamification and personal ratings by projects, tasks, competences and events, noted in the company.
