The decision is intended for executive authorities, local governments and other organizations that are obliged to provide data on citizens' appeals to the POS in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.

"Feedback Platform" (POS) is a means of digital feedback of the Federal State Information System "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services." The POS was developed and put into operation within the framework of the federal project "Digital State Administration." Its purpose is to collect data on issues and complaints of citizens and legal entities from various sources, including from state authorities that accept and process appeals.

The Directum solution reduces the burden on employees of government agencies to upload data to the POS, the process of working with requests does not change:
