Docsvision HYBRID

The Andoc company specializing in development of solutions on workflow automation and business processes in the summer of 2016 announced the solution "Docsvision HYBRID" - an electronic document management system in the PaaS model (Platform as a Service). As a part of service 3 components: the built-in standard solution, the licenses Docsvision in property and virtual infrastructure in lease.

Andoc – the certified partner of DocsVision company - offered earlier services of SaaS (lease of EDMS in a cloud) and on-premise (local implementation of EDMS at the customer's capacities). Since June, 2016 the list of services Docsvision filled up "the HYBRID", one of key advantages of which is expense reduction with preserving of the high level of reliability and availability of EDMS. This problem is solved in a complex.

The standard solution is completely ready to work and is configured in virtual infrastructure. These are preset EDMS Docsvision, applications (Management of documents, Agreements, Meetings), a number of additional settings and presets which right after deployment provide all possibilities of automation of work with documents and business processes: contract activities, meetings, "office", archive, work with tasks and instructions and other blocks.

The client purchases the licenses Docsvision in property, but does not receive in lease – in it one of differences of PaaS from solution SaaS.

Andoc places all services and, including, "Docsvision the HYBRID" in infrastructure of virtual provider. One of data centers in Moscow has all three certificates of category Tier III from Uptime Institute that confirms the maximum reliability at the international level. For virtualization the software of VMware is used.

In "the HYBRID" works with Docsvision the version of the Easy client of Docsvision allowing to work via any devices and in any browser.

For the companies of small, medium business and the microenterprises which have no capacities for placement EDMS the cost of ownership of EDMS within in "Docsvision the HYBRID" will be below ownership of similar local solution at capacities of the client (On-Premise). The benefit before the SaaS model (EDMS in a cloud or in lease) is reached on the horizon by ownership of EDMS of a year because from periodical payments only lease of virtual infrastructure is provided in the PaaS models (in SaaS in periodical payments lease of licenses and the solution are put).

Standard delivery "Docsvision the HYBRID", provided by the agreement, is performed till two weeks. The service is provided in the form of a set of accesses on connection and work with service; set of personal instructions for connection and work with service.
