EcoRP is a line of painting robots of production Dürr.

Painting robots are used in robotic painting posts for automatic putting paint and varnish coatings on bodies and hinged parts by method of spraying of paint in electrostatic field, pneumatic spraying and at powder coloring. At the same time use of all types of LKM — paints on the basis of solvent, water-soluble and powder paints is possible.

2018: EcoRP E/L033i и E/L133i

As of October, 2018, third generation of robots of Dürr company has modular structure. It means that the EcoRP E/L033i and EcoRP E/L133i models with the 6-axial kinematic scheme can be used for coloring and opening of cowls. During creation of 6 and 7-axial kinematic schemes modular execution was applied. The only difference between models is existence of an additional spin axis of the main manipulator. The complete identity for the rest facilitates processes of a spare parts inventory for components that reduces the cost of storage and simplifies maintenance.

The technology of control of robots for putting paint and high-viscosity material also is universal. Modular construction of a control device allows to select an optimal configuration for the corresponding use of the robot at the enterprise of the customer at stations of painting or putting sealant.

EcoScreen 3D-OnSite 4 is a universal software package for programming, modeling and optimization of robots for coloring and putting sealant of Dürr company. Besides, it is possible to parametrize all relevant data of process. The software for new generation of control devices the robot is compatible to the previous versions of software. Online it can be connected to several control devices directly in network. Thanks to it, technology process immediately reacts to all changes made to the management program for production.

According to Dürr, robots for coating application and sealants correspond to the concept "the smart plant". Among other parameters sensors measure temperature, working hours and degree of wear of components. Using the controller of the movement and technology process of EcoRCMP2 information is transferred to maintenance systems and managements of the top level. Thanks to it these works of numerous spraying boxes or complete painting workshops can be estimated in a complex.

The further key moments in the direction of ensuring management of the plant in a digital format are designated by use of the software of MES for the production control developed by Dürr. Monitoring, tracking and separately configured reporting are important elements of effective management and optimization of technology processes, consider in the company. According to representatives of Dürr, this solution is a basis for further achievements in the field of Industry 4.0.
