System designation

The Automated Information System (AIS) Economic safety is the ready-made solution intended for maintaining history of customer relations and partners taking into account specifics of activity of services of economic safety.

A system allows is close to the truth to describe interrelations between the organizations, individuals, agreements, events, the addresses and other objects.

The AIS "Economic safety" provides management of economic risks for the account:

• evident representation of communications between objects;
• estimates of extent of influence of some objects on others;
• analysis of criminality and other characteristics of objects.

Structure of the AIS "Economic safety"

The AIS "Economic safety" is created based on the CronosPRO instrumental database management system (IDMS).

A system consists of the designed databank, forms of the reporting and a user interface.

Information accumulated in a system includes the description of accounting items and communications between them. Information search can be performed on any characteristics. Search results can be displaid in the form of the statistic report in the xls format and also in the formats rtf, txt, HTML.

The developed device of formulas allows to automate any actions over information.

The structure can be complemented with new subjects, forms of input/issue of information and statistic reports independently.

The AIS "Economic safety" can be integrated with other automated systems of the organization.

Functionality

Among the main functionality of a system there is following:

• maintaining history of relationship of the organization with clients and partners;
• providing relationship to history in a report type;
• information processing by means of requests of any complexity;
• formation of statistic reports and issue of the received results in the MS Excel;
• unification of data entry by means of use of ready dictionaries;
• information display about objects and their communications in a graphic type.

Operation of a system

The AIS "Economic safety" allows to work both in single-user (local), and in the multi-user (network) mode with the uniform database server. Systems capabilities allow to project the interface independently. The existing report types and output forms, allow to obtain the complete information about any object and its interrelations. In a system it is possible to create additional types of statistic reports.
