The project management system of "TeamWork" is intended for the organization of effective work of specialists in a command. "TeamWork" helps heads to monitor at the same time several projects, to control execution of tasks, to evenly distribute tasks between employees and to plan. The specialists involved in one project will be able to coordinate the actions independently, timely to obtain necessary project information, news, notifications about changes and terms.

Description

The main object in "TeamWork" is the project. The group of specialists which carries out the tasks directed to achievement of goals of the project is involved in each project. Work with the project is carried out according to documentation which is supplemented and edited by specialists during all project lifecycle. Notifies on the most important events of "TeamWork" using a newsletter which participants of a project team receive not only in a system, but also by e-mail. "TeamWork" will also announce users the tasks transferred to them, will remind of the expiring terms and of all the rest that is important in your projects. Thus, the integral components of the project are:

• tasks;
• documents;

Your clients also can take part in work on the project, entering timely amendments and explanations, creating new tasks and monitoring accomplishment of instructions. The developed reporting system will allow to create statistically and interactive reports in any information cut.
