Office SMG-200 IP PBX
For connection of office automatic telephone exchange expected 50-200 employees, the ELTEX proposes the solution consisting of the following equipment:
1. Office SMG-200 IP PBX supports up to 200 subscribers. 16 RJ-11 ports can be used for connection of analog phones (FXS) and/or city lines (FXO). LAN ports are intended for connection to networks of telecom operators using SIP trunks and/or H.323 trunks and also for connection of VoIP-gateways (for example, TAU-24 with support of 24 FXS ports) for increase in number of FXS/FXO of ports. Call recording and CDR files are stored on the SD card or the USB drive. The possibility of automatic unloading of files on the FTP server is also provided.
For connection of office automatic telephone exchange expected 200-500 employees, the ELTEX proposes the solution consisting of the following equipment:
1. Office SMG-500 IP PBX expected the capacity from 250 to 500 subscribers. For connection to the PSTN E1 ports and/or SIP/H.323 trunks can be used. Analog phones are connected to SMG-500 via subscriber VoIP-gateways, IP phones – through a data network. Call recording and CDR files are stored on the SD card or the USB drive. The possibility of automatic unloading of files on the external carrier and on the FTP server is also provided.
2. The managed access switch MES2324 provides physical stacking, support of virtual local area networks, multi-address groups of mailing and expanded safety features.
3. The multiport subscriber VoIP-gateway TAU-24.IP is intended for transfer of voice and facsimile information through IP networks. The gateway provides subscribers with high-quality telephone communication.
4. The VP-12 IP phone is the modern solution for connection of employees to IP-telefonii network.
Advantages of solutions ELTEX:
- A modern system with support of expansion to 200 and 500 subscribers with perspective of growth of number of employees without change of the equipment.
- Centralized operation by the number plan, services of subscribers, access rights, etc. by means of the Web interface.
- Support of a broad spectrum of modern services (voice mail, group notifications, conferences, difficult readdressings, etc.).
- Possibility of the organization of call center for call service.
- Permanent availability of telephony. Entry into city network can be organized both through analog trunk lines of FXO, and through SIP trunks and/or H.323 trunks, including to have several channels at the same time. On what channels the exit to a telephone network is performed, is configured very flexibly.
- Security of a talk – a local talk takes place in a system and does not overstep the bounds of office network (in difference from cloud automatic telephone exchanges), it is also possible to organize a call recording without purchase of the additional hardware.
- Economy on telephone communication. Access to city network can be provided through channels/operators who are more profitable in the financial plan.
- Safety of business – the equipment belongs to the company therefore there is no dependence on availability of connection to the Internet, loss of the cloud operator.
Compatibility with the Yealink IP phones

SMG-3016
On April 12, 2019 the company "Eltex" announced development of the hybrid SMG-3016 platform supporting up to 3000 subscribers. The platform can act as as the trunk gateway providing interface of signallings and media flows of the PSTN (E1) and VoIP networks and in quality IP-AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGE with a possibility of delivery SORM under orders No. 70 and No. 268.
According to the statement of the developer, thanks to wide functionality and a range of solvable tasks this platform will be interesting both to corporate clients, and to government institutions. The possibility of registration of subscribers directly on the gateway for provision of services of telephony and delivery of SORM under orders No. 70 and No. 268, according to the developer, is optimized by costs for creation of network of telephone communication, and the possibility of reservation of the device both on a power supply, and according to the scheme Master-Slave increases reliability of a system in general.
The device has processor ARMv8 Quad-Core 64bit, supports up to 768 chat lines and ensures simultaneous operation to 16 flows of E1. Call processing capacity reaches 120 CPS. The high fault tolerance of SMG-3016 is reached by support of two electric power supplies (48B DC or 220B AC) and works in the mode of the facilitated reserve 1+1 with a possibility of reservation both IP of accession, and E1 flows, noted in Eltex.
Control interfaces:
- Console port RS-232 (RJ-45) for access to CLI;
- The selected Ethernet OOB 1G (RJ-45) port for access to WEB/SSH.
Interfaces of Ethernet:
- Two ports 1G (RJ-45);
- Two combo-ports 1G (SFP/RJ-45).
TDM interfaces:
- 16 E1 (RJ-48) ports;
- Two inputs of injection locking.
Connection of external drives:
- Two slots SATA HDD 2.5";
- Two USB connectors 2.0.
Eltex is going to put the trunk gateway in serial production in the III quarter 2019.
2017: SMG-1016M
For January 26, 2017 SMG-1016M is the trunk gateway for interface of signal and media flows of TDM and VoIP-networks, the IP PBX to support of functions of the Far Eastern Military District and SORM.
The technology can be the universal solution for creation of infocommunication communication networks. The broad functionality, compliance to standards and reliability of an operator class allow to solve the majority of the problems arising at operators and service providers based on SMG-1016M.
SMG-1016M provides a possibility of uniform distribution of investments on scaling during the entire period of project implementation. The gateway supports from 4 to 16 flows of E1 (OKC7, PRI) and from 128 to 768 VoIP channels.
The high level of fault tolerance of the trunk gateway SMG-1016M is provided:
- Marvell chip,
- uniform distribution of loading between submodules,
- reservation of power sources,
- use of modern technologies of parallel computings
- automatic switching to the reserve module in case of refusal any subsystem module, power module.
Compliance to requirements of modern protocols, recommendations and standards provides to 100% functional compatibility of SMG-1016M with the equipment:
- digital exchanges,
- IP PBX,
- program switches,
- VoIP-gateways,
- SIP telephones,
- program SIP clients
- other equipment.
The hardware transkoding based on Mindspeed Technologies media codecs allows to approve media flows with different VoIP-codecs which are used in modern communication networks.
Additional options for the gateway SMG-1016M allow to use it as the full-function IP PBX with registration opportunities to 2000 SIP subscribers, providing broad enrollment of the Far Eastern Military District for 1000 SIP subscribers and also a full compliance to requirements of regulating documents for SORM. Software module ECSS-10 IP PBX is developed based on the functional Erlang programming language intended for creation of the reliable high-loaded systems of operator level. Existence of all types of certificates on a product family of ECSS-10 allows to use the ECSS-10 IP PBX based on the trunk gateway SMG-1016M as automatic telephone exchange of any level with the subsequent acceptance for operation by bodies of the Federal Information Technologies Agency and FSB.
In the trunk gateway SMG-1016M intellectual protection against unauthorized external connections of SIP subscribers is implemented (fail2ban, iptables, white/black lists, etc.). For additional protection at connection to public IP networks the compatibility with the boundary controllers of sessions (for example, SBC-1000) performing functions of firewalls for VoIP-networks is provided.
Intellectual routing of calls on the basis of answers of a billing system under the RADIUS protocol allows to build flexible rules for call processing.
