On November 21, 2023, the Evotor IT company announced the launch of recognition of machine-readable powers of attorney at the cash desks and in its personal account. With the help of the MFD, entrepreneurs can legally delegate the signing of electronic documents to employees of the organization. 2022: Launch of the EDO service for working with electronic documents right at the checkout
On November 17, 2022, the Evotor IT company launched the EDO service to work with electronic documents right at the checkout. It will help entrepreneurs, simplify the acceptance of goods and commodity accounting, save time on the exchange of documents, and interact more effectively with suppliers and other counterparties.
With the help of the EDO service, entrepreneurs can accept and sign electronic invoices and other documents directly in the smart terminal or in their personal account on Evotor's website. After acceptance, the data from the electronic invoice will automatically update the balances in the smart terminal and the accounting system. Entrepreneurs will not need to spend time updating product balances manually.
The service provides a connection to the four largest EDO operators: EDO Platform, Taxcom, SBIS and Kontur.Diadok. Users can use an existing EMO mailbox or register a new one, including connecting to several EMO operators at once. The service allows you to work with the same document both in your personal account on Evotor's website and at the checkout. The functionality allows you to accept, reject, request adjustments, cancel documents. In addition to electronic invoices (UPD) from suppliers, entrepreneurs can accept any documents ― reconciliation acts, contracts, accounts, etc. from counterparties ― accountants on the auto, housing and communal services providers.
The disadvantages of paper flow are obvious ― the costs of paper, logistics, storage and time spent on obtaining and transferring data.
