Start recognition of machine-readable powers of attorney at cash desks and in personal account
On November 21, 2023, the Evotor IT company announced the launch of recognition of machine-readable powers of attorney at the cash desks and in its personal account. With the help of the MFD, entrepreneurs can legally delegate the signing of electronic documents to employees of the organization.
On September 1, 2023, a new mechanism for signing electronic documents by employees of the organization was introduced. Employees can use the electronic signature of an individual together with a machine-readable power of attorney (MCD). The MCD is an electronic analogue of a paper power of attorney in XML file format, which the manager signed with a qualified electronic signature (KEP).
Evotor supported the use of MFD in the services "Marking," "EDO" and "UTM Plus ―" in these applications, entrepreneurs send data to state systems (EGAIS, Honest Sign) and exchange documents on EDO. Employees can sign documents in a new way (individual EP + MFD) both in the Evotor 's personal account and at the smart terminal when accepting electronic invoices.
{{quote "You can issue an MFD for an employee online on the site FTS. Adding a MFD in Evotor's personal account and on a smart terminal takes only a few minutes. Thus, entrepreneurs can legally delegate to their employees at the point the right to accept, sign or adjust electronic invoices at the smart terminal after reconciliation with the delivery. The use of EDO simplifies accounting in the store ― after acceptance data from an electronic invoice, product balances are automatically updated at the cash desk and the accounting system, ― commented Evotor, Vyacheslav Predybailo director of industry solutions. }}
Add Shelf Life Check for Dairy Products
Evotor on June 2, 2023 announced that it had added an expiration date check for labeled dairy products at the smart terminal. Now entrepreneurs can automatically prohibit the sale of expired products.
From February 1 to August 1, 2023, an experiment is being carried out to implement a system on a voluntary basis that excludes the technical possibility of selling expired products. The pilot is working out a mechanism for exchanging information about products between retail outlets and an information system for monitoring the turnover of goods subject to mandatory labeling (GIS MT, "Honest Sign").
Checking the code on the terminal takes an average of 0.4 seconds ― a time that is invisible to the buyer and cashier.
Also, entrepreneurs can set up expiration notifications when checking the code. When the cashier adds an item that ends after the specified expiration date or less (1, 3 or 5 days to choose from), Evotor will warn that the item will soon deteriorate.

Scaling services as product groups expand
IT-Company Evotor"" October 20, 2020 announced the scaling of services in connection with the expansion of the labeling system to other commodity groups. Entrepreneurs will be able to label their goods: photographic equipment, tires, clothing, alternative tobacco products and. perfumery
With the Balance Labeling app, retailers can label photographic products, tires and tires, cigarettes and alternative tobacco products, and clothing. The service will help you order codes, and then print them from a smart terminal or computer. At the first launch, the application will download the entire product base from the smart terminal - all that remains is to select cards and order codes. Stock cards can also be created in the service. The service also allows you to create a suitable label design and save paper by composing codes. After entering the codes into circulation, a convenient function will be available - adding markings for balances to the check according to the code. So when selling, the seller will only have to scan the code. By law, sellers can label photographic goods and cigarettes until December 2020, tires and tires ― until March 2021.
With the Labeling service, retail will be able to work correctly with labeled goods: photographic equipment, tires, perfumes. The application allows you to order an electronic digital signature, register with Honest Sign, connect to one of several electronic document management operators to choose from and configure the sending of marking codes through the fiscal data operator.
An entrepreneur can choose how it is more convenient for him to accept electronic invoices: on a smart terminal, in his personal account on a computer or in a mobile application. Thanks to built-in commodity accounting, information about the received product is automatically uploaded to the smart terminal, and the cashier can sell labeled goods by scanning only the Data Matrix code. At the same time, all information on the goods will be loaded in the check.
Vyacheslav Predybailo, Labeling Director of Evotor IT Company:
Evotor launched the Leftover Labeling service for shoe retail at the end of 2019. With its help, entrepreneurs labeled more than 5 million pairs of shoes. The Labeling application was originally developed as a universal, scalable application for various product groups. The first to use it was shoe and tobacco retail, for which the ban on the sale of unmarked goods came from July 2020. During the summer in the Evotor chain, most of the stores selling shoes and tobacco were able to go to work according to the introduced rules. |
Use in a beer labeling experiment in Tatarstan
On September 3, 2020, the Evotor IT company announced that it had become a federal technology supplier for retail, which had finalized its software for marking beer keg. The transition period, during which retail enterprises can receive and sell beer and beer drinks produced in kega transport containers, both with and without special brands, ends on October 1, 2020.
The State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic Tatarstan recommends that all retail enterprises trade selling beer and beer drinks for bottling, its circulation from October 1, 2020 be carried out only in marked containers. The goal of the project is to ensure the traceability of beer from the manufacturer to the consumer and reduce the share of illegal products.
According to the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, 104 beer producers joined the Experiment. 25 companies have already concluded agreements on the supply of stamps. The first batches of labeled beer have already been shipped to more than 100 retail outlets. Owners of Evotor smart terminals will sell labeled beer in transport containers (kega) using the UTM plus service. This is a comprehensive solution for working in EGAIS, which is suitable for blot accounting of alcoholic beverages, including supporting document flow indicating marked beer kegs.
According to the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, for 6 months of 2020, 9.6 million decaliters of beer were sold on the territory of the republic, which is 4% more than in 6 months of 2019. As of September 2020, 3-4 thousand retail outlets, including shops, bars and cafes, sell draft beer in Tatarstan. Taking into account these data, the share of Evotor points in the retail market for draft beer is about 11-15%.
The labeling experiment should not affect the final cost of beer or lead to large costs for bona fide turnover participants to update their software. One of our tasks ― to introduce a system for fixing the turnover of draft beer in the EGAIS so that the experiment can be scaled up before implementation at the federal level, - comments Rustem Arslanov, deputy head of the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. |
{{quote 'If the pilot in Tatarstan is recognized as successful, we will be ready to introduce beer labeling in retail outlets throughout Russia. The introduction of beer labeling will help "whitewash" beer retail and will increase the collection of excise taxes. Beer producers will be able to get a more accurate idea of the sales of their products, and retailers will be able to establish commodity accounting and reduce losses from theft, - said Sergei Lavrenev, product manager of the EGAIS IT company Evotor. }}
The experiment is carried out in accordance with the agreement concluded by the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan and Rosalkogolregulirovanie and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Documentation on the project is presented on the official website of the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan.

IT- company Evotor"" and one of the operators E-DOCUMENT FLOW Russia in the "Company" (Tensor system developer GSI) develop cooperation on the implementation of the marking system. This was announced on June 15, 2020 by the Tensor company.

Users of the service who previously connected the SBIS EDO can connect it to their online cash desk, and new ― to register an account. After that, entrepreneurs will be able to accept or reject electronic invoices directly at the online checkout, in the mobile application or in their personal account. In addition, the service checks if the user in the SBIS has the necessary licenses for labeling and warns about their absence.
Evotor's strategy ― make it as easy as possible for small businesses to switch to work under the new rules. Our service is designed on an all-in-one basis. Entrepreneurs can register with Honest Sign, connect electronic document flow and receive electronic invoices, set up commodity accounting and sell the product in one scan (Data Matrix code only). Cooperation with SBIS, one of the EDO operators, will allow us to make the service even more convenient and functional. |
Yuri Kiselev, Regional Development Director of Tensor: {{quote 'In the framework of this project, we, firstly, wanted to give the owners of Evotor online cash desks the opportunity to choose a reliable operator to work with EDM and labeling, and secondly, to take care of their own clients. It is important for us that these organizations can receive electronic documents wherever they wish. If they prefer to sell labeled products through their Evotor terminal, we will deliver electronic invoices directly to the cashier. They want to sell through Evotor, but please see the documents in the SBIS office. Customers can work as they like - SBIS in any case will provide transport of electronic documents. }}
From July 1, 2020, only marked shoes, cigarettes and medicines can be sold. The marking system is based on traceability of goods movement: manufacturer/importer ― distributor ― wholesale ― retail. When accepting the goods, the seller receives an invoice with marking codes from the supplier via electronic document flow and confirms receipt of the goods in the Honest Sign monitoring system. In retail, the cashier scans the marking code and punches a check at the online checkout, sending information about the sale through the fiscal data operator to the Honest Sign.

2019: Development of the application "Marking"
On December 18, 2019, Evotor announced the development of the Labeling application for retail stores with labeled products, as of December 2019 ― these are shoes and cigarettes. From March 1, 2020, entrepreneurs selling shoes must completely switch to the introduced trading rules: accept only marked goods on electronic invoices in EDO and sell it with sending data to the Honest Sign. In the tobacco trade, similar requirements will be mandatory from July 1, 2020. But suppliers are already beginning to work out the transfer of electronic invoices with retailers.
The Marking service makes it easier for sellers of cigarettes and shoes to switch to work according to the introduced rules.
