Exonum is a scalable blockchain platform with the open code. It is intended for creation of projects on a private blockchain and helps legal and to individuals and also it is safe to governments to realize the ideas and solutions.
Exonum is founded on the safe Rust programming language and applies the built-in Byzantine algorithm of consent which protects data needlessly "get" blocks, even in that case when nodes do not work properly or are subject to actions of malefactors.

Joint solution Bitfury Group and Etton Group for collection of data on the movement of waste
On June 27, 2019 the Bitfury Group company reported that it together with Etton Group developed the solution which will help to improve an ecological situation, thanks to use of technologies of the distributed register in a management system for waste. The platform will be built based on a blockchain platform open source — Bitfury Exonum.
According to the company, the project is going to start in the I quarter 2020. First of all a system will be started in Vladimir region on the landfills equipped with the electronic weight platform with the built-in means automatic photovideo fixings. It will help to collect and process information about results of weighing of the garbage trucks driving on a polygon and also to provide control of volume of waste and identify motor transport.
As of July, 2019 in Russia more than 60 million tons of household waste are annually formed, and this digit annually grows. The big problem is represented by waste disposal polygons, they are a source of greenhouse gases and constitute danger to health and life of people at violation of health regulations.
Application of blockchain technology, for storage of the register of the origins of waste, will allow to provide accuracy of the data in real time, will exclude a possibility of independent change of information of the register and export on polygons of the waste which is not meeting standards which the toxic waste polluting the environment is among.
Process of identification of an obrazovatel of waste will become transparent for regulatory authorities and the operator according to the address with waste. Financial calculations between the owner of the landfill and the operator on waste management which will be carried out on the basis of smart contracts of network will also be transferred to a blockchain. The platform represents a private accounting system and information processing on transportation and waste disposal. Based on each object the computer connected to a blockchain of network (note) will be installed. Information on transactions will come from a set of notes to the decentralized network based on Exonum framework. As a masternoda of network both the State environmental control, and the operator on waste management can act, and nody-auditors can be set in perimeter of the regulator or independent public organizations on environmental protection.

Open data on an ecological situation and the existing problems in each region will allow inhabitants to obtain reliable data about quantity and structure of waste which are formed near the place of their accommodation. And preserving of information on the actual movement of waste will allow to avoid the unreasonable growth of utility rates.
Besides, connection of the additional hardware IoT will provide a possibility of automatic verification of garbage trucks and their contents, at entrance on a polygon on waste disposal. Start of the platform for maintaining queues on receiving housing based on Exonum
On April 11, 2019 international a blockchain company Bitfury Group reported that it together with IT companies "Time Trajectory" and IVS group started a blockchain platform for maintaining queues on receiving housing and improvement of living conditions. Integration into the PatentBot system
On October 25, 2018 the Bitfury Group company announced the cooperation with PatentBot for creation of a system on the basis of blockchain technology which will allow to mark the documents confirming copyright using digital time stamps. Release of Java Binding
The Exonum command of Bitfury Group company released on June 20, 2018 expansion for the framework of the same name which received the name Java Binding. It is the tool open source, available on GitHub in the corresponding repository of Exonum. This expansion will allow developer Java to create own products on the Exonum platform for private blockchains.
As explained in Bitfury, Java Binding thought as the tool for developer Java. With its help they can implement interfaces which will allow to expand Exonum with services with the built-in business logic. Java Binding also includes tool kit for software development (Software Development Kit, or SDK) which allows to integrate external Java applications in blokcheyn0platformu Exonum.
The developers creating own services on Java will be able to use opportunities of a core of a framework of Exonum written on Rust at the same time to develop customer services in the native language.
The current release of Java Binding is the alpha of a product intended for training of the developers mastering bases of development of a blockchain. Its purpose — to provide developers with "the training platform" where they would learn to create products on the Exonum platform.

In the summer of 2017 in Russia the Exonum platform designed to help private companies and government institutions was started it is safe to create the solutions and services based on a blockchain. The source code is available to Exonum on the official site of a product and Github. Developers can freely include, adapt and expand the source code Exonum according to assigned tasks.[1]

As explained in Bitfury Group, the binding is a process of preserving of "the instant picture" of a system status in a public source that excludes need of unconditional trust to the administrator of a blockchain when preserving confidentiality of personal data. The service of a binding periodically saves the cryptographic hash reflecting Exonum blockchain status in a blockchain bitcoin. Even if malefactors get into the majority of nodes, any changes in a blockchain of Exonum will be written and are at once noticeable.
