2024: YandexGPT Integration

On July 1, 2024, HRTech the company TalentTech announced the launch of a generative network YandexGPT in the Stream Engagement product.

As reported, Potok uses YandexGPT technologies to analyze engagement survey results. A virtual analyst based on a generative language model automates the analysis of engagement research data, freeing HR specialists and managers from the routine work with a large number of indices. Now they receive a one-click summary of the results with explanations and a detailed action plan to increase engagement.

According to the analytical department of Potok, for a company of about 1000 employees, manual processing of survey results by HR specialists will cost 630 man-hours and about 840,000 rubles. After the introduction of AI into the analysis, costs are reduced and amount to 91 hours of work and 121,000 rubles. Team costs are reduced by up to 7 times, and work time from 3-4 months to 2-3 weeks.
