Fort Monitor version 3.27 with Postgres Pro support

Fort Telecom has released the Fort Monitor platform version 3.27. The company announced this on June 24, 2024.

The main change is support for Postgres Pro.

The Fort Monitor software product has been included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for several years, and each major update increases integration with the domestic environment. In January 2023, Fort Monitor became compatible with the Russian OCAstra Linux. Support for Postgres Pro is a logical next step that allows us to argue that Fort Monitor fully complies with the requirements of Russian Government Regulations No. 1478 and No. 1912.

Other updates in version 3.27 include integration with 1C: Ascan, expansion of support for popular protocols such as Galileo, SAT-LITE, VEGA, Arnavi and some others, a new time report. In addition, together with the partner Center TMT, an algorithm for weighing vehicles with automatic identification of the object by video was implemented.

Navtelecom Terminal Integration Plan

Fort Telecom in 2024 will present a number of updates to Fort Monitor, a transport monitoring platform aimed at deep integration with Navtelecom terminals. Thanks to cooperation, Navtelecom terminal users will receive the maximum functionality of their devices in the Fort Monitor system. Fort Telecom announced this on March 1, 2024.

Fort Telecom and Navtelecom have reached agreements that by the end of 2024, Fort Monitor will fully implement the functionality of the Navtelecom protocol - Flex 3. Terminal owners will also have options for customizing CAN bus reading parameters.

{{quote 'Fort Telecom and Navtelecom can be attributed to the pioneers of Russian navigation and monitoring systems - both companies have existed for more than 15 years. We adhere to common values   in development - openness and convenience for end users, - said Vladimir Makarenko, Development Director of Fort Telecom. }}

The Fort Monitor platform was originally created both for working with Fort terminals and for integration with most terminals from other manufacturers.

As part of the cooperation, we offered Navtelecom terminal owners the same conditions for access to Fort Monitor that buyers of our own Fort terminals receive - free six-month access to the Fort Monitor Hosting version - added Fort Monitor product manager Dmitry Oskolkov.

From March 2024, all buyers of Navtelecom terminals receive six months of free access to FM Hosting, the cloud version of the Fort Monitor platform. Its feature is a quick launch without investment in infrastructure.

We see the growing popularity of the Fort Monitor platform. It is ergonomic and at the same time makes it possible to deploy a rich functional. By joining forces, we reveal the strengths of our trackers and platform, as well as create the basis for the development of new functionality. We are confident that our customers - integrators and end users - only benefit by receiving a comprehensive solution with great functionality and at the same time requiring a minimum of effort in installation, - said Vyacheslav Kulikov, General Director of Navtelecom.

2016: Integration with the subsystem "Track sheets for 1C"

On October 27, 2016, Fort Telecom announced the integration of the Fort Monitor transport monitoring system with the 1C waybill accounting and transportation planning program developed by Pobedasoft.

The Fort Monitor transport monitoring system is integrated to work with the 1C waybill accounting and transportation planning program developed by Pobedasoft.

The solution "Waysheets for 1C" from the company Pobedasoft is designed to keep records of track sheets and fuel and lubricants, can be integrated into standard configurations (1C on managed forms), and also has a version in the form of a separate configuration.

Importing data from Fort Monitor makes it possible to check the actual fuel consumption, mileage, engine hours on waybills with data from the monitoring system, see these indicators in the waybill, load data on the route traveled (addresses from-to, mileage).

2013: FortMonitor-3

Fort Telecom, a manufacturer of GLONASSGPS monitoring systems, transport people and stationary facilities, released new cloud-based FortMonitor-3 software in March 2013. FortMonitor-3 is a software platform for satellite transport monitoring. The solution is completely web-oriented, so working with it does not require installation on the software user's computer.

When developing the FortMonitor-3 interface, the developers emphasized the convenience of working with the solution by an ordinary user who does not have special skills in using software to control the operation of transport. All necessary functions for controlled objects are displayed on the screen "in two clicks," which allows the user to quickly access the necessary information.

One of the main features of the FortMonitor-3 is the full interactivity of the reports. With just one click, you can build a report on the places of refueling the car and fuel discharges that are displayed on the map, or calculate the vehicle mileage for a specific date. The speed of generating reports on objects, even over a long period of time, is ensured by a new method of storing data received from navigation terminals, which was developed by the company. The list of reports is constantly updated, and the open API allows integrators to create their own reports and organize the refinement of the system for the needs of the customer.

FortMonitor-3 supports any navigation terminals with an open data protocol. Integrators can independently integrate third-party navigation terminals, as well as create their own solutions and specialized reports for customers. Currently, FortMonitor-3 supports the terminals Fort, Teltonika, Autograph, APK-Kom, Galileo, AVL-05, TR-203 and many others. The list of connected terminals is constantly expanding.

FortMonitor-3 this is a multilingual transport monitoring system. The possibility of quick customization of the program to national standards opens up access to international markets for integrators.

The use of the FortMonitor-3 web platform by integrators allows you to develop your business according to two models - using the Fort Telecom server base or by organizing and supporting your own server. The organization of your own server does not require any initial costs from the system integrator. The number of licenses is increased programmatically, no hasp keys are required. In case of connection of the Fort series terminals on the integrator server, the FortMonitor-3 software is supplied free of charge, and when connecting the terminals of third-party manufacturers, a one-time fee is charged depending on the number of connected objects to the integrator server. If the integrator leases the Fort-Telecom server base, the billing system is used, and the fee is charged for the full functionality of the transport monitoring system, the purchase of additional modules is not required.

For both models of using the transport monitoring system, a system of discounts is FortMonitor-3 provided when connecting a certain number of controlled objects.
