Monitoring system of GLONASS-GPS-TETRA

The company "Tetrasvyaz", the federal operator of services of a professional radio communication, announced in May, 2011 completion of new product development for monitoring of moving objects – monitoring systems, management and control based on technologies of satellite positioning GLONASS/GPS and a professional radio communication TETRA.

The multi-layer automated navigation and information system developed by specialists of Tetrasvyaz company uses possibilities of the satellite systems for control of location and movements of moving objects and a professional radio communication of TETRA for transfer of navigation data on secure channels of communication. Feature of the solution is that to users of a system it is available as a broad spectrum of functionality of the TETRA standard, including a voice operative radio communication, and the services of monitoring provided based on mobile and wearable radio stations TETRA.

Obtaining information on a status of controlled objects is performed using the module GLONASS/GPS. For the high accuracy and reliability of positioning the connectivity of modules of both satellite systems is provided in any geographical conditions. Up-to-date data about location and movements of objects, observance of routes, duration of stops, a deviation from diagrams and other information are available to responsible persons in real time. Safe transfer of navigation information is provided by the reliable transport environment of a professional radio communication of TETRA which, unlike public service networks, is protected from noises, failures, overloads and unauthorized access.

The monitoring system supports functioning both from stationary dispatching places, and in the remote mode from an every spot on the globe using the Internet. This flexible, easily scalable solution with high extent of adaptation. For the large industry enterprises and transport companies with extensive vehicle fleet the server of information processing and dispatching jobs with a specialized software is created. Access to monitoring data can be also provided by means of the web interface that is especially relevant for the companies of small business as does not require the additional costs connected with installation of software and the organization of the dispatching center.
