Geodock Expert

The Geodock Expert system developed by specialists of the IVS group (enters into group of LANIT), provides a common information space for work of authorities in the field of town planning and architecture. A system automates maintaining the document register and space data, facilitates search and information processing, gives ample opportunities for the analysis and monitoring of town-planning activity.

Use Geodock of Expert allows to achieve the following results:

• provide requirements of the town-planning legislation
• render in electronic form municipal services
• maintain relevance of information
• reduce terms of search and preparation of town-planning documentation
• increase quality of acceptance of strategic and operational decisions in the field of management of the territory and municipal property
• lower labor costs during the developing and adjustment of town-planning documentation

Geodock of Expert consists of two systems:

• GEODOK system EXPERT. REGION
• GEODOK system EXPERT. MUNICIPALITY

GEODOK EXPERT. REGION

• stores data on documents of town-planning activities for all municipalities of the region connected to a system;
• provides access to data on town-planning documents to interested persons and the organizations via the uniform web application;
• provides search of necessary documents in the document register;
• provides acceptance and data loading about town-planning documents to the uniform data warehouse (on condition of integration with departmental information systems of municipalities).

GEODOK EXPERT. MUNICIPALITY

• allows to register data on documents of town-planning activity and to place them in books of accounting of data, books of document registration and books of storage;
• allows to maintain books ISOGD and a register of cases of the land plots which are built up and subject to building;
• provides search in documents of town-planning activity and cases of the land plots;
• allows to unload selections and document lists in the Excel format;
• creates printed forms of books of ISOGD and registration cards of documents;
• allows to register applications for issue of data and documents from ISOGD, to process requests and to maintain a register of the issued data;
• provides a possibility of storage of electronic copies of documents, requests and the issued data;
• gives to opportunity for maintaining address registers, requests for providing municipal services, preparation and formation of allowing documentation, town-planning plans of the land plots, maintaining projects of land surveying and a design of territories, zones of town-planning regulation and geospatial data.

Own geographic information system is built in Geodock of Expert. It allows:

• edit and update cartographic information;
• tie geospatial data to documents of ISOGD;
• make the space analysis of the territory;
• create cartographic products: plans, schemes, maps.

Geodock of Expert is the web application and provides uniform access point to data on town planning.
