2021: Ability to receive services from partners

GloraX on December 21, 2021 announced the expansion of the functionality of the mobile super application for customers. One of the main innovations is the connection of a module to work with the management company. Thus, the developer expects to close up to 90% of user needs related to living in residential buildings.

The GloraX super app was launched in June 2021. For six months of work, the application has grown from a showcase of new buildings into a full-fledged super service. A single solution with a large set of functions covers all stages of interaction with customers, from the sale of objects to their management. For example, users can book apartments for subsequent purchase, sign up for inspection of premises for their acceptance. Recently, they also have access to a service service - a marketplace where offers from company partners are collected: for example, dry cleaning and an hour foreman. As of December 2021, seven companies have joined the super application - GloraX plans to increase their number so that thanks to the super service, residents can spend less and less time on household chores.

Another important event for the development of the superapp was the connection of a module for working with the management company. Now application users can send various applications to the Criminal Code, pay for utilities, order passes for cars and receive other services.

In 2022, this direction will continue its development. At the beginning of the year, it is planned to launch a smart home module - this will happen for the first time in the Grand House residential complex. Additional functionality will allow residents from the phone to manage the entire infrastructure of the house: open doors and barriers, access cameras, as well as information on metering devices, all readings from which will automatically go to the management company.
