HP ConvergedSystem 700 - a system combines HP Converged Infrastructure (CI) with infrastructures of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V. The solution is scaled, differs in availability and controllability to any virtualized applications.

On December 3, 2014 Hewlett-Packard announced the product of HP of ConvergedSystem 700 integrating convergent management with HP OneView.

Support of servers - from 4 to 64 blade servers of BL460C Gen8

  • Support of storage systems - HP 3PAR of StoreServe 7200, 2 node, HP 3PAR of StoreServe 7400, 2 node, HP 3PAR of StoreServe 7400, 4 node, HP 3PAR of StoreServe 10400, 2 node, HP 3PAR of StoreServe 10800, 4 node, HP 3PAR of StoreServe 10800, 6 nodes

  • Network equipment - the Module of HP Virtual Connect Flex Fabric, a series of the ToR HP 5900 switches

  • Support of workloads - support of the virtualized general applications.

This system allows customers to implement new services 40 times faster thanks to reduction of time of the order, deployments and granting resources [1].

HP ConvergedSystem 700 with HP OneView will become available to certain customers in the USA since January, 2015, the world release is planned for March, 2015.
