Maintenance of a safe distance between people — the best method to be protected from infection of COVID-19 and not to allow its active distribution. As limits are gradually lifted, shopping centers, restaurants, the museums and other public places open – ensuring epidemiological safety of the population and, in particular, observance of a social distance remains a priority task.

On June 11, 2020 it became known that for effective management of flows of people in the premises or in a certain territory it is important to have exact data on the number of visitors. The Hikvision company developed the solution Flow Control Solution for the solution of this task. Special cameras for calculation of people, digital boards for operational informing in real time, thermal terminals of access MinMoe are its part.

Cameras for calculation of people use high-precision 3D-binocular stereosight and algorithms of deep learning that simplifies calculation process even in big premises with several inputs and the high level of attendance. Cameras send disturbing notifications in real time if the set threshold values of concentration of people on section were exceeded. Digital boards provide dynamic mapping on the screen of statistical data: how many people indoors and what "limit" remained.

Hikvision Flow Control Solution can be unrolled practically on any object. Cameras of calculation are connected to the I-series video recorders or a software platform of HikCentral for formation of exact data on the number of people in the territory in real time.

In those places where inevitably formation of queues (for example, in a cash zone of shop or at a ticket office in the subway) important aspect is management of safe distance between people. The special cameras Hikvision with two lenses (DS-2CD6825G0/CI(V)(S)) help to monitor observance of a social distance and to quickly take necessary security measures in case of violation of safe distance. Modern stereoscopic 3D - the sight of cameras and algorithms of deep learning with a high accuracy measure distance between people. At violation of the minimum threshold the disturbing signal works.

In addition to the solution for control of flux density of clients, Hikvision also proposes solutions for monitoring of observance of the mask mode. The solution for detection of protective masks is constructed based on biometric terminals of access MinMoe which including can take body temperature using the thermovision module. Such terminals can be used at offices, at the enterprises, at schools, etc. Terminals without contact determine temperature with an accuracy more than 99% at distance to 2 meters. A system defines existence or lack of a mask by intellectual algorithms. At mismatch further pass on the territory will be prohibited the set parameters.

For June 11, 2020 in a portfolio of Hikvision there are all necessary solutions for the answer to calls - it is both temperature measurement, and monitoring of a social distance, and control of a maximum permissible number of people indoors, and verification of presence of SIZ. We developed each solution taking into account different requests of customers and under different budgets. The similar systems are already used not only in the world, but also in Russia. One of the main advantages of the solution – ability to integrate into already existing security infrastructure on an object.
