I-Teco: IT outsourcing for the SMB-companies

On February 22, 2013 the I-Teco integrator announced start of service of IT outsourcing for the companies of medium and small business. It includes monthly service of IT infrastructure, remote technical advices and with departure to the customer, diagnostics of problems in operation of the equipment and its repair, installation and software updating on client computers, management of antivirus protection and ensuring operability of servers, administration of mailboxes and Internet access.

The price of a monthly subscription depends on the number of the serviced PCs and servers, the selected service package and the mode of their rendering. The cost of the standard service packages expected service up to 30 jobs at office varies from 33 thousand rubles to 50 thousand rubles a month, and remote administration will cost the client 24.5 thousand a month.

Each packet includes one planned and from two to four emergency departures engineers to the client, except for a service package with the highest cost: he turns on two planned departures and unlimited number of emergency.

I-Teco told TAdviser that the service was started in connection with "steadily growing interest in such services" from the SMB-companies right now and also considerable experience of I-Teco in work with large customers. Among the last – large state structures,Sberbank,National Reserve Bank,TNK-BP, and others.

The new service is provided through shop of cloud services I-Teco for SMB -i-Oblako started in the spring of 2012. In it services in lease of virtual servers, computing resources on demand, office applications, tools are available to business process management, etc.

The main part of income of I-Teco is brought now by the companies of a large corporate segment, however with start of services for the SMB-companies in the next two-three years the company expects growth of a share of revenue of this part of business.

The expectations in the company connect also with all-market trends. So, according to a research MarketVisio and Orange Business Services, in 2012 more than 50% of the Russian SMB-companies were going to increase expenses on IT infrastructure in the near future, and 46% of the companies which are not using cloud computing - to begin to use them.
