2023: Server View
On April 21, 2023, iRU presented a series of high-performance iRU Rock G servers performed by Rack.
iRU Rock G servers are based on 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Ice Lake). These processors are optimized for cloud, artificial intelligence and IoT systems, have from 8 to 40 cores and a wide range of frequencies support up to 6 TB of RAM per processor/socket and additional AVX-512 instructions.
The G1204, G1210, G2208, G2212, G2225, and G4224 iRU servers are designed for standard server rack mounting and come in 1U, 2U, and 4U form factors. The machines are made on the Intel C621A chipset and are designed to install up to two Intel Xeon Scalable processors with TDP up to 270 W, up to 12 TB of DDR4 RDIMM/LRDIMM RAM in 32 slots, from four to 25 2.5/3.5 " SATA store/SAS/NVME and up to two M.2 drives (Type 2280), depending on the model.
The solutions are equipped with PCI Express 4.0, OCP 3.0 slots, USB 3.0 ports, VGA port and serial port, two gigabit ports for connecting to the network and a gigabit port for control, as well as 1 + 1 redundant power supplies with power of 800 or 1300 W.
