Performance indicators

Decrease in revenue by 13%, to 4.2 billion rubles

The revenue of the Russian computer equipment manufacturer Business Office LLC (operating on the market under the iRU brand) in 2025 decreased by 13%, to 4.2 billion rubles. At the same time, the company completed the reporting period with a net profit of 21.2 million rubles against 159 thousand rubles in 2024. Such data are contained in the published financial accounting of the company, which TAdviser got acquainted with in the database of legal entities Kontur.Focus "in early March 2026.

As TAdviser explained in the company, the reduction in revenue in 2025 is due to the general dynamics of the computer technology market: according to iRU estimates, in physical terms in 2025 it decreased by about 10%, and the dynamics of iRU was comparable. In parallel, during the year, the company planned to update the product line, adjust the range and transform sales channels.

At the same time, we continued to invest in development, including expanding production capabilities and strengthening the iRU nearby service program, "Alexey Petrykin, head of procurement at iRU, told TAdviser.

Russian computer manufacturer iRU showed a decrease in revenue amid a restructuring of the computer equipment market

He also noted that in 2025 the entire Russian computer equipment market remained in the perestroika phase. Demand was heterogeneous in terms of segments, price competition intensified, and the role of predictability of supplies, availability in stock and quality of service support significantly increased for customers. In parallel, the adaptation of supply chains and product lines to new conditions continued, so for many players the year passed with fluctuations in volumes and a change in sales structure. In general, the market has become more pragmatic: the business chooses not only in price, but also in total cost of ownership and service level.

In 2026, iRU will focus on further developing its product portfolio and expanding its presence in key market segments. The focus is on saturation of channels with updated models and growth in all specialized categories, including client devices and server solutions.

Earlier, T1 cited its estimates that the hardware segment as a whole in 2025 "sank" by 10%. As for the direct client devices, sales of laptops, for example, in 2025 on the Russian market decreased by 15-30%, according to statistics from Fplus, M.Video and the research company ICMR (GFK-Rus)[1].

First and Second Quarter 2025 Sales Totals

iRU compared the results of sales in the Citylink electronics chain in the first two quarters of 2025 with the same periods last year. The analysis covered not only its own products, but also the overall dynamics in key categories.

In the first quarter of 2025, iRU laptop sales increased by 40.3% in quantitative terms and by 8.8% in monetary terms compared to the same period last year. In the second quarter, growth continued: 61.7% in terms of quantity and 26.3% in money. The most notable contribution was the update of the product line - the launch of new categories Planio, Tactio and Strato *, which include laptops of different levels of performance and availability. This allowed the brand to close the different needs of both the consumer market and the business segment.

A significant positive trend in the first quarter was shown by the server solutions segment: an increase of 73.3% in units and 61.5% in monetary terms. The increase in demand was facilitated by the expansion of the iRU server line: the brand portfolio was replenished with affordable models focused on the needs of medium and small businesses.

There is a moderate decline in the PC and iRU all-in-one segments. In the second quarter, PC sales decreased by 6% in units and 9.6% in money, all-in-one units - by 19.9% and 12.6%, respectively. These indicators remain higher than the average for commodity categories: in the monoblock segment, the market sank 28.5% in quantity and 22.7% in revenue for the second quarter.

In the context of growing user requirements for technical characteristics, iRU continues to adapt the range. Also in the first half of 2025, the manufacturer also significantly expanded support options for customers and partners - IT integrators. A new program "iRU nearby" was launched, which covers all stages of interaction with the customer, from the selection of equipment to its commissioning.

In the second half of 2025, a large-scale update of the product line is planned. In particular, it is planned to develop server solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as expand the portfolio of client devices. The laptop and all-in-one lines will be complemented by both mid-range and executive models aimed at managers and professional users.
