2025: Purchase from the French "Natixis Bank"

2013

On August 2, 2013, MERLION and Burocrat signed a strategic merger agreement. The management of the merged company is entrusted to MERLION. At the same time, MERLION becomes the successor to all contractual obligations of the Bureaucrat, both to suppliers and to partners.

The goal of the merger is to combine all the resources and capabilities of the two companies, expand the product portfolio and offer the market the widest possible range of goods on optimal terms. Thus, MERLION added several new areas to the portfolio, which included: stationery, paper products, office furniture, as well as business accessories and gifts for business. At the same time, the Bureaucrat's partners increase their service capabilities through support from MERLION (financial services for project supplies; logistical opportunities; consolidated, large-scale marketing to support and grow the business; training center services; Procurement management via B2B portal, etc.).
