On October 21, 2020 the Center of cognitive technologies of AiTeco submitted the platform of voice actuation VoiceAssistant. At the heart of the platform – the module of recognition and speech processing developed by AiTeco which can be integrated with the equipment of the customer or be used in a format of a smart column with the voice assistant to March. VoiceAssistant increases the speed and safety of interaction of users with devices and mechanisms.

VoiceAssistant is intended for implementation in the user scenarios in the industry, office environment and medical institutions. One of key advantages of the solution — work without Internet access. Thanks to autonomy the technology can be used regardless of location of the device and to implement on objects with the special level of requirements to information security.

At the enterprises the platform allows to manage using voice commands production operations and the equipment, to conduct monitoring of processes and a status of systems. The user can make a voice request to include or switch off the device, to learn a measure value or to change settings of technology process. Voice actuation of the industrial environment increases the speed and safety of technology processes in which specialists interact with the equipment.

In office VoiceAssistant environment it can be integrated into the existing infrastructure or be used as a smart column with function of the digital assistant. Based on the platform it is possible to implement solutions for the order of the taxi, armoring negotiation, problem definitions, maintaining minutes of meetings and other similar tasks.

In medical institutions the solution will increase availability and comfort of the environment to handicapped citizens. The patients who are on hospital treatment using the device can call medical personnel, manage lighting instruments, ventilation and the equipment of chamber. The voice module is applicable for management of some types of the medical equipment that will allow, for example, surgeons and their assistants to use voice commands for a number of simple actions and not to distract from key processes.

The smart column has a robust aluminum housing. The device is distinguished by small dimensions with a high performance for convenient placement even in limited spaces. The viewing angle of LED indication makes 180 degrees that provides visibility from any point.

The platform is integrated with a broad spectrum of the equipment: intelligent switches, management systems for lighting and ventilation, smart devices and solutions for industrial automation, "smart enterprise" system. A large number of interfaces for integration is provided in a column: USB3, Wi-Fi, GPIO, Ethernet and others.

Smart columns become more and more usual management tool the house environment and by method of interaction with digital services. At business interest in voice interfaces as the technology offers the new level of productivity, comfort and safety of interaction with the equipment and systems also grows.
