Icon Suite represents a single platform for automatic formation, processing and storage of all documents of the organization. Thanks to the unified corporate prototypes and standard rules of creation and editing documents, the icon Suite system allows to increase considerably the speed and production efficiency of documents in the company and also to cut down expenses on their personalisation.

Software allows to create (including automatically) and to edit documents much quicker and more simply, than using different applications. Working with Icon Suite, the user can select one or several scenarios of work – work with the single document which can be edited, background work with the document at which the document is created automatically, and package when in one task preparation of a large number of the same documents is executed.

It should be noted that the interface of the Icon text editor in which users work is similar to the interface of the Word program so difficulties with mastering of a product should not arise.

All structured descriptions of documents are stored in the general repository. It, on the one hand, simplifies the address to them (it is not necessary to look for or to again create the document), and with another, - allows to create once and on a centralized basis to change document templates, and only some users have these rights.

Having finished work with the document, the user of Icon Suite can send it for printing to the local or central printer, send by the fax or by e-mail, save in archive, quote additional conditions of post-processing (for example, check by the head).

One of system options - Icon Mobile – allows to create the autonomous system providing the same functionality as well as a system "big", with the same set of document templates and with the same functionality.

The icon Suite technology is used by more than twenty leading banks of Germany and also the largest European financial institutions, the automobile associations, trade enterprises and services industries, etc.
