2023: As part of the PAC for diagnostics of equipment of industrial enterprises

Delta Computers and InfTech presented a software and hardware complex (PAC) for diagnosing equipment of industrial enterprises based on artificial intelligence technologies. This was announced on October 16, 2023 by representatives of Delta Computers.

As reported, the digital platform DataBoards and the predictive reliability analysis software iPredicta, developed by InfTech LLC, perform the functions of monitoring, early diagnosis, forecasting and analysis of the technical condition of industrial equipment. The joint use of this ON the Russian server and the products of open standards Delta Computers implements a complex that optimizes the efficiency of production assets by early diagnosis and formation of an accurate forecast of their technical condition in real time.

PAC of predictive analysis of the reliability of production equipment allows optimizing the performance of diagnostic algorithms and predictive calculations due to hardware methods of working with databases, as well as increasing the operational reliability of equipment and systems at the enterprise and reducing the cost of their life cycle. The developed PAC will be included in the catalog of best Russian practices and solutions in the field of industrial software. The tests carried out PAC confirmed that the solution has optimal performance of complex algorithmic calculations in the process of diagnostics of production equipment and demonstrates optimal indicators of reliability and scalability in solving the tasks of monitoring and predictive analysis of a large fleet of equipment. In particular, the performance of diagnostic models was measured simultaneously for 150 gas turbine engines. According to the test results, the companies issued a certificate confirming the technical characteristics of PAC based on Delta Computers products with InfTech software.

We are pleased to announce that the test results have met our expectations, and we are ready to present to customers an up-to-date integrated solution, which, firstly, is completely produced in Russia and, secondly, will prevent the occurrence of emergencies by early detection of an emerging problem or equipment degradation.

The experience of our projects on the use of iPredicta in the processes of remote monitoring and diagnostics of the technical condition of complex industrial equipment shows that the integrated performance of the predictive analytics software and hardware complex is critical for the timely detection of anomalies in the operation of active-intensive objects in close to real time. Developed on the basis of domestic components, PAC allows you to create solutions for early detection of anomalies in the operation of critical technological equipment for large production enterprises, as they say, out of the box, reducing the implementation cycle and the cost of implementing such projects.

2022: Integration with TRIM EAM system

InfTech and NPP SpetsTek agreed to jointly promote and implement predictive analytics solutions to manage equipment reliability. This was announced by NPP SpetsTek on June 14, 2022. The cooperation agreement signed by InfTech and SpetsTek NPP has the main content of combining the efforts and competencies of the parties, as well as the integration of their flagship products - the DataBoard platform software complex and the TRIM EAM system.

As of June 14, 2022, the integration work was completed, as a result of which the predictive analytics tools "Dataplat" supplemented the functionality of the TRIM asset management system. This will allow partners to continue to offer a comprehensive A solution that provides effective Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) support. The DataBoard platform will provide collection and processing of "big data" from process control systems (APCS) and technical diagnostics systems, perform parallel processing of many heterogeneous parameters and their automatic check according to state criteria. Diagnostic results in the form of state hypotheses and identified problems will be transmitted to TRIM for corrective maintenance (CBM) decisions. As historical data accumulate, the algorithms of the iPredicta software complex of the DataBoard platform, based on the Machine learning neural network, will be used to predict the moment of failure. In this case, training will be carried out both on data on the normal functioning of the equipment and on data on the development of failures, which will make it possible to level the shortage of statistical data on failures. The calculated residual life of the equipment will be transmitted to TRIM, thereby providing support for preventive work based on the predicted condition of the equipment (PdM). TRIM system will provide comprehensive support for the execution and analysis of the effectiveness of decisions made, including resource and schedule planning for maintenance and repair work (M&R), provision of work with material and technical resources, planning of repair personnel loading, formation and issuance of work assignments, execution of work orders and tolerances, recording of facts in the "field conditions," formation of reports on work performance and use of resources, analysis of state indicators based on the results of work.

The shift from prevention to predictive-based service is already becoming mainstream in advanced Western companies. This is due to the benefits, which, according to analysts, are to reduce maintenance costs by 8-12% compared to the preventive maintenance program, reduce equipment downtime by 35% -45%, and increase production by 20% -25%. In this regard, we see the high potential of the solution that we prepared together with InfTech,
noted Alexey Sukmanov, project manager of NPP "SpetsTek."

Important is the fact that our cooperation will allow industrial enterprises Russia to use domestic software solutions the reliability forecasting function to implement import substitution the foreign strategy. In software this regard, we are also optimistic about the prospects for cooperation with NPP SpetsTek,
