Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway is a product for protecting outgoing and incoming correspondence from spam, malicious ON and phishing messages. The product is aimed at corporate users.
On November 3, 2015, Kaspersky Lab announced the release of Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway. A virtual solution that is easy to deploy, configure and manage allows you to fully protect the enterprise mail system and manage all aspects of its security from a single console[1].

Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway ensures the security of the mail system using a number of technologies:
- advanced anti-virus engine scans mail traffic for viruses.
- The system for filtering malicious links, the database of which is updated from the cloud infrastructure of Kaspersky Security Network in real time, blocks messages that try to lure the user to infected sites or contain malicious objects.
- An enhanced antispam engine protects corporate mail from mass mailing and blocks messages that offer to go to phishing sites.
The initial configuration of Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway uses a clear and convenient Quick Start Wizard configurator, then the work is carried out in an intuitive web interface. Deployed, the product is an easy-to-manage virtual machine with a pre-installed and pre-configured CentOS 6.7 operating system, enterprise-level Linux operating system, mail agent, and security components.
The technology taken as the basis of Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway demonstrated the highest result during independent testing compared to competing solutions, detecting and blocking 99.97% of spam emails.

Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway technology has become part of Kaspersky Lab's mail protection products, including Kaspersky Security for mail servers and Kaspersky Total Security.
2024: Integration with Innostage Orchestrator
The company Innostage has implemented system integration the Secure Innostage Orchestrator email Kaspersky Mail Gateway for control actions and security gateway, which will allow you to respond more quickly to phishing the mailing of attackers. 2023: Integration into Softline Universe
