Vaulterix combines a virtual data room and an information rights management (IRM) system to provide secure data exchange and control over access to sensitive information. Vaulterix provides a number of functions for data security based on the IRM system - a subspecies of DRM. The essence of their work is to save files in micro-containers with cryptographic types of protection: symmetric, asymmetric type of encryption or electronic digital signature.
