Basic information of MSVSphere of DBMS

MSVSphere of DBMS is the high-performance, scalable and failsafe database management system focused on use in information systems of the corporate level. MSVSphere of DBMS has extensive functionality:

• management of databases using the means supporting open standards and implementing a structured query language of SQL, its procedural PSM expansion, the ODBC, JDBC, OLE DB interfaces and also DB Links (for Oracle DB2, MS SQL i Sybase);
• security of databases using the built-in means of identification and authentication, access control, control of use of resources, backup and recovery, ensuring availability and integrity, audit and management of security aids;
• ensuring required scalability, fault tolerance and performance due to use of different technologies of buffering of data in RAM, multistream parallel processing of transactions, a clustering, balancing of loading and storage virtualization of data.
• simplicity of implementation, existence of convenient development tools of applications and administration of databases, including loading, export, import of data and monitoring of performance.

MSVSphere of DBMS represents the server software functioning running the operating system with the integrated server services of MSVSphere the Server and also a set of the software tools intended for support of client applications.

MSVSphere of DBMS is developed by National Center of Support and Development LLC within technology partnership with TmaxSoft company on the basis of its flagship DB Tibero software product.

2016: MSVSphere of DBMS 6.0

The national center of support and development releases the initial version of MSVSphere database management system of DBMS 6.0 developed within technology partnership with TmaxSoft company on the basis of its flagship DB Tibero 6 FS04 software product.

FSTEC of Russia it is announced the preparing regulating documents containing new requirements to DBMS after which registration in Ministry of Justice there will be fixed term of their introduction in force on which expiration it will be forbidden to certify, make and deliver the certified DBMS which are not conforming to requirements of new regulating documents.

2015

On December 14, 2015 announced National Center of Support and Development LLC (NCPR) adoption  of the certification application of the software product by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia) — database management systems of MSVSphere of DBMS 6.0 developed on the basis of DBMS Tibero 6 within the OEM agreement with TmaxSoft company.

On certification tests means of identification and authentication, access control, security management, use of resources and audit as a part of MSVSphere of DBMS 6.0 are provided.

In June, 2015 the company provided MSVSphere of DBMS in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications among projects on import substitution of the infrastructure software.

We take the next step in providing the partners and clients with software products who can be used for creation of the state information systems and personal data information systems. In further plans of NCPR — improvement of the solution taking into account the updating of the Tibero platform and expansion of its functionality which is planned at the beginning of 2016. In June, 2015 the NCPR company submitted in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, among projects on import substitution of the infrastructure software, the DBMS MSVSphere database management system developed within technology partnership with TmaxSoft company on the basis of its flagship DB Tibero 5 software product.
