2019: The agreement about Croc on joint implementation of IoT-solutions for motor transport

IT- the company "Croc" and the supplier of telematic solutions Meta System on March 26, 2019 announced signing of the contract on joint implementing solutions for motor transport on the basis of IoT (Internet of Things). The product represents the telematic device and software for data collection and processing in real time.

For receiving data monitoring about a status transport the device fastens on the accumulator of the car and is equipped GPSGLONASS with sensors the module GSM. According to the companies, the telematic solutions Meta System and Croc lower vehicle fleet charges by 20%, and accident rate up to 30%.

The information access about transport is implemented in the round-the-clock mode through a web or mobile application, and the intuitive interface simplifies search of necessary data. Monitoring will help owners of vehicle fleets to reduce from all industries accident rate of transport, expenses on TO and service maintenance due to data analysis about management style of the driver.

In case of accident the built-in sensors automatically determine weight of road accident and the place of blow and also time and a point of impact with display of exact coordinates on the card. For assessment of actions of the driver and making decision on penalties a system shows the chart of accelerations on three axes and speed at the time of road accident. In case of serious accidents a system estimates the probability of death of passengers by the HIC indexes (head damage level assessment as a result of road accident), ASI (hazard assessment of the course of the machine for the person), AIS (assessment of dimensions and the direction of the movement CU). Notifications come to operators of vehicle fleet by the SMS, to e-mail or on means of the push-notification.

The logistic module builds a route of the driver and defines time and the place of stops and also fixes the fact of arrival in a destination point. In case of a deviation from a route a system will notify the owner of vehicle fleet on the happened changes. Also there is an opportunity to connect estimates of style of driving with accident rate and to tie data retrieveds to the motivational program of drivers. It is possible to set up the solution as for encouragement of accurate drivers, and application of penalties for breakers of rules of traffic.

It is possible to get access to the solution on service model (SaaS, Software as a Service) that allows to minimize investments at a project startup stage. In addition, this solution allows to save on insurance of vehicle fleet right after equipment installation.
