The Mirage VR S3 headset was developed together with Pico company which shortly before this beginning to deliver corporate Neo 2 and Neo 2 Eye headsets under own brand. The Mirage VR S3 headset is intended for application in medical institutions, including for training of doctors probationers and for treatment of patients and also can be used by teachers who look for available and safer VR alternatives for field trips and laboratory experiments.

Lenovo also expects that Mirage VR S3 will be used for training in the security regulation at the enterprises, for training of law enforcement officers in scenarios of high risk and for training of heads in skills of interpersonal communication.

The Mirage VR S3 headset supports only wireless standards of the last generation (Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2). But Lenovo hopes to fill this shortcoming using software and offers the enterprises the platform of the ThinkReality AR/VR applications which allows to operate all applications and devices of the enterprise.
