The project, launched in experimental mode together with Kamaz, provides for the possibility of ordering a bus through the Moscow Transport mobile application. The authors of the project emphasize that this is not a replacement, but an addition to the metro, MCD and other main ground transport routes as part of the development of the urban concept of MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service, "transport as a service"), along with bike rental, car sharing and taxi. As part of the experiment, it is planned to use medium and low-capacity buses - an average of 8-16 seats.

According to the project, the service of personalized bus transportation on demand will allow building flexible routes for the situational spontaneous needs of residents, which is especially important for remote areas. A number of criteria have already been set for the bus call service. For example, the wait for transport should not be more than 30 minutes, while the ordered bus should stop no further than 500 meters from the place of order.
