2024: LLM Model Testing
Naumen announced the launch of the LLM laboratory to apply generative artificial intelligence technologies to the company's product ecosystem. The first project will be the Naumen GPT module for the knowledge management system in the client service. The company announced this on June 3, 2024.
Naumen began testing Large Language Models (LLM) in the company's products to find ways to apply the technology with understandable business benefits. Large language models allow you to generalize, understand and generate texts in different languages, and also support interactive dialogue.
The first project implemented will be the Naumen GPT AssistTool intelligent assistant, which is integrated into the knowledge management system. Naumen KMS The task of the assistant is to make the work of employees contact cents easier and more convenient. The solution is based on open source models, and in the future it is possible integration the Russian with LLM vendors.
Naumen GPT analyzes articles from the knowledge base and generates a humanoid response that can be used immediately in a dialogue with the client. Following the policy of dissemination of information, it generates responses within the knowledge base zone to which the user has access. Each response provides references to sources or gives snippets of articles as confirmation that the response is generated based on real data. Responses can be assessed in terms of utility for further learning and adjusting system behavior.
The LLM module doubles the speed of searching for information and preparing answers in situations where the knowledge base does not have a ready answer to a question or when you need to use several articles to collect information, for example, when comparing products. It is also capable of handling complex and complex questions.
Naumen is preparing to test the solution on pilot projects with customers who already use Naumen's knowledge management system. LLM practice is also exploring the possibility of applying GenAI technologies in other products of the company. For example, in the process of creating text and voice bots, LLM models can help make bot responses more flexible and empathic. Among the solutions in the focus of practice are Naumen Contact Center, Naumen Erudite, Naumen LMS, Naumen Conversational Intelligence, Naumen Service Desk Pro, Naumen Project Ruler.
