The microphone is designed for recording and sound transmission of speech, vocals and musical instruments in studio conditions, karaoke and at concert venues of any level. It can potentially be in demand by cultural institutions, at rehearsal bases and live performances, at presentations and reports, said the general director of the R&D center "Octava Design and Marketing" Liubov Stalnova.

The features of the Octava MD-307 microphone that users revealed during the tests include versatility in use and a comfortable fit in the hand. The weight is only 210 grams. At the same time, the shock-resistant body of the microphone is made of aluminum.

The operating frequency range of the MK-307 microphone is from 50 to 18,000 Hz. Free field sensitivity at a frequency of 1000 Hz is not less than 2 mV/Pa. Limit sound pressure level 122 dB. The sound of our microphone is different from the earlier MD-305 model (discontinued), it has become brighter and more balanced, " told the leading test engineer of the R&D center "Octava Design and Marketing" Pavel Belkov.

The microphone design is MD-307 a logical continuation of the Octava microphone line. The smooth hull lines are a reference to the brand's historical models. The microphone is equipped with a wind-proof cap and packed in a branded cover.

2020: Start of sales of dynamic microphone MD-305

On April 22, 2020, Octava announced that on April 24, 2020, sales of a microphone, first presented in January 2020 in the United States, will be opened.

The microphone MD-305 belongs to the professional line, but is suitable not only for concert use, but also for working at home. MD-305 transmits the voice of the vocalist without distortion, even at high volume. The weight of the microphone in the metal case is about 300 grams.
