Oracle Data as a Service for Customer Intelligence is a cloud solution for support of the enterprises in improvement of understanding of clients, extraction of knowledge of them from any types of direct or indirect feedback coupling.

On March 30, 2015 the Oracle corporation announced start of a cloud solution of Oracle Data as a Service for Customer Intelligence.

The product Oracle Data as a Service for Customer Intelligence is created as the Oracle Data Cloud component and assists the organizations in extraction, standardization of information obtained from unstructured data. The gained knowledge can be used for collecting of a customer feedback by means of social and corporate channels, influence understanding formation of "the client's voice" for sales, optimization of customer interaction and increase in their satisfaction.

Oracle DaaS for Customer Intelligence integrates data on clients from all social and corporate channels in the aggregated information on activity of clients, including their intentions, moods, a key word and subjects. Integrating different sources of unstructured data on clients, the new solution of the Oracle Data Cloud family helps the organizations to reveal hot topics and the arising problems, it is better to understand perception of a brand by consumers, to improve client analytics, to make effective reasoned decisions in service and development of the products.

The Oracle Semantic API interface combines functionality of search using a key word / logical operators, semantic analysis, request processing in natural languages, helps the companies to execute categorization and to take the structured knowledge from internal and external unstructured data of any type, including records of chats, forms of collection of information, polls, comments and forums of users. Effectively using these technologies, the product Oracle Enriched Social Data Feed daily helps to take signals from more than 700 million messages on more than 40 million websites of social networks.
