The main tasks that the product closes are assistance in adapting a beginner, training, employee development and internal motivation of employees.

The updated version of the platform will have 4 new modules that can be purchased both in a package and selectively.

  • Executive Office. With this module, it will be possible to draw up an individual development plan for employees and track its implementation;
  • Teacher's office. The module will be able to create a list of competencies - soft/hard skills and a set of training materials for each competence. As well as the creation of curricula;
  • Module Adaptation. Automation of the adaptation process, from the assignment of the required training plan to filling in the feedback from the adapter, control at all stages of the adaptation period. This tool is designed for mentors supervising new employees;
  • Calendar. All important events, training periods, reporting dates will now be in one place and always at hand.
