On March 27, 2020 Skladchin's company reported that the Moscow entrepreneur Konstantin Bogdanov started Internet service which allows Russians to be bought collectively by food and household goods at the prices 30% lower than retail. Biddings started since March 23 in Moscow – sunflower oil, baby food, diapers and other goods for the total amount of 180,000 rubles are offered participants. The average bill for the order was 1.5 thousand rubles.

"Pooling of funds" is an electronic marketplace on which the automated trade procedure (Dutch auction) is regularly carried out. Unit of biddings - lot (lot of products in kind). Each lot consists of bits – the minimum order size. Each participant, redeeming bit, reduces goods cost. Lot keeps at biddings during the limited time frame. After its expiration the batch is sold at that price on which biddings (stop-price) stopped. Thus, at a large number of participants, everyone has an opportunity to receive goods at the lowest cost.

Konstantin began to develop service in 2015, at that time being a co-owner of the large capital IT company. The idea came to the entrepreneur when he just bought products in shop.

In 2015, in the middle of crisis when the ruble weakened almost twice because of a collapse in prices for oil, and besides for Russia the western economic sanctions because of the Crimea were inflicted, food prices and many household goods immediately flew up. I observed it just every day. I was irritated earlier by impudence of distributors and shops – their infinite margins lead to the fact that some milk on the way from the producer to the shelf in outlet rises in price percent on 200. In crisis times it strikes the population most strongly. At last, I decided to try though something to change, the benefit experience in e-commerce and offline - trade was saved up decent. I created service, began to test it, to come for negotiations with suppliers, to register a trademark. All this took several years and left so that Pooling of funds started in just the same economic conditions, as five years ago. Only the coronavirus and a quarantine was added. Low prices in shops became extremely demanded again. And exactly there precisely you should not wait for them,

According to Konstantin Bogdanov, the producer creates several selling prices - for small, average and large wholesale. It gives to big customers the exclusive price. So, if the retail price of liter of sunflower oil is 100 rubles, then the exclusive price for the large wholesaler is about 50 rubles.

We agree with the producer about such price, is absolutely transparent putting 10% of the profit. In exchange we undertake obligations for implementation of a certain volume of goods, we provide the organization of sales for the producer. Such relations with the partner allow to give already on start of biddings to our ordinary buyer the price below retail, for example, 90 rubles for liter of sunflower oil. All that it is necessary - to integrate on our platform the interests of several participants that purchase of everyone could lower goods cost to 60 rubles for liter – the prices, it is unattainable for the ordinary buyer,

For March, 2020 partners of Pooling of funds are 19 producers, different product names are brought to service: food with long storage life, kitchen accessories, bed linen, household chemicals and objects of children's hygiene. The geography of biddings is still limited to Moscow and area, but until the end of 2020 Konstantin Bogdanov is going to come not less than into 30 regions, to increase number of partners up to 150, and to bring the range to 1000 descriptions of goods. Products, generally Russian production. According to him, the annual turnover of service can make about 30-40 billion rub, net profit – about 0.4 - 0.5 billion.

On February 28, 2020 the Skladchina company announced that in the middle of March, 2020 the entrepreneur Konstantin Bogdanov will start Skladchina online project: it is electronic marketplace which allows ordinary people to integrate for small wholesale purchases of food and other convenience goods.

According to the developer, the mechanics of Skladchina service is simple. It is an electronic Dutch auction – the automated procurement procedure, the return an akutsiona which passes online. For example, service exposes the commodity offer, or lot (a certain batch in kind). Each lot consists of bits – the minimum order size. The size of bit depends on what is exposed a product, the volume of lot, pricing and other parameters. Each new participant – him can be, both the physical, and legal entity, redeeming bit, reduces goods cost. Thus, unlike an auction, biddings go for lowering, but not for increase in the starting price. Each lot keeps at biddings during the limited time frame. After its expiration the batch is sold at that price on which biddings (stop-price) stopped. Thus, if there is a lot of bidders, everyone has an opportunity to receive goods at the lowest, wholesale cost.

The idea of service came to Konstantin Bogdanov in 2015 when it implemented a large business IT project and online sales.

"We had a platform which well was suitable for the most different IT-Business, on its basis we created the platform for biddings, within the last three years finished and tested it, collected investments. Me, as well as many Russians do not accept at all that system of pricing on which normal shops work. It is no secret that between shop and producer the whole chain of intermediaries, each of which usually is built to have a margin, does a margin on goods. In fact, it is the structures parasitizing on business which make nothing useful. Plus a final margin does shop. Also it turns out that the bottle of sunflower oil on the way from the producer to the shelf on outlet rises in price for 100-200%. Most painfully this situation affected the population during financial crises of 2008 and especially "sanctions" 2014-2015 when because of an import ban of many types of food and objects of daily life from abroad the price of analogs of the Russian production right there flew up several times. Not accidentally the surge in collective purchases for which social networks and forums became the basis falls on this period. According to it, the number of rather small groups of joint purchases in comparison with 2015 was reduced by February, 2020 at least three times.

At the beginning of spring of 2020 the Skladchina service will begin to work in the test mode: at biddings food, kitchen accessories, bed linen, household chemicals and objects of children's hygiene – only about 200 names will be provided. The first biddings will take place already on March 16, the geography on start will be limited to Moscow and the Moscow region. However until the end of the year Konstantin Bogdanov plans expansion to regions and expansion of the range at least to 1000 names, including goods for the house, a kidswear, toys, etc.

The project will not cooperate with wholesalers and intermediaries. In partners of Pooling of funds – only producers which have a necessary commodity category and an opportunity to deliver products to buyers small wholesale batches. Until the end of the year Konstantin Bogdanov is going to involve not less than 150 producers in cooperation.
