2023: Production of boards for instrumentation launched

Moscow A company that produces gas analyzers to monitor the air composition of working areas in various areas industries has launched a board for instrumentation. These products will allow the company to replace foreign analogues in its own products. This was announced on November 15, 2023 by the minister, Moscow Government the head. The metropolitan enterprise Prompribor-R produces equipment that allows you to control the presence of toxic and explosive gases, as well as their vapors in the air of working areas. Its production requires boards that were previously purchased in other countries, in particular in China, and assembled from several modules.

The company worked for several years to abandon purchases abroad. As a result, in 2023 it launched the production of fully Russian boards for control and measuring equipment. Thanks to the expansion of capacities and technologies, the company was able to combine and place all the necessary elements of production on one site. The company has already produced 250 such products that have successfully passed all checks and technical tests. By the end of 2023, they will go into mass production, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The board is the basis of the gas analyzer sensor for determining pre-burst concentrations in air. A device with such a sensor is able to detect excess of more than 60 types of various hazardous gases and their vapors, for example methane, propane and hexane.

The board is completely made on a single textolite. The company was able to achieve this by switching to a smaller element base and machine tools with numerical program control for pressing components. This improved equipment stability, production speed and assembly quality. At the same time, the pricing policy of the company has been preserved, - said the general director of the enterprise Ivan Lebedev.
