Pyrus announced the Assistant mobile application on March 13, 2025, designed to optimize support services in retail outlets and catering establishments. The solution structures the interaction between employees of retail chains and technical support specialists, dividing each problem into a separate chat.

The "assistant" is aimed at solving the typical problem of chain retail and the restaurant business - unstructured communication between sales points and support services. Unlike general chats, where messages on various issues are mixed, this solution creates an orderly system for handling cases. This is especially true for networks that control a large number of locations.

The technical implementation of the "Assistant" is integrated with the main Pyrus platform. Each chat in the mobile application corresponds to a task in the system, which allows you to automatically record key indicators: the time of the first response, the history of communication, the moment of closing the application and the assessment of the quality of service.

Employees are connected to chats through the invitation mechanism. The administrator can send a special link or generate a QR code for placement in the institution. Employees, having registered in the application, gain access to the case history of their point and can create new applications that immediately get to support specialists. The functionality of the application allows one employee to connect to several points if they work on different objects in the network. Management can track the effectiveness of support through the analytics system by estimating the average response and resolution time.

It is noteworthy that for current Pyrus customers, the application is provided free of charge and does not require the purchase of additional licenses. System configuration takes minimal time and is done through the addition of the "Chat in Mobile Application" extension in the existing Pyrus infrastructure.
