Certificate of efficiency of the digital solution of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation

RuSat Infrastructure Solutions (RIR, part of Rosatom State Corporation) received a certificate of effectiveness of the digital solution of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation for the Digital Resource Supply platform. This was announced on August 17, 2023 by representatives of the RIR.

According to them, certificates are awarded to digital products that are used or can be applied as part of the implementation of the departmental project of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation for the digitalization of urban economy "Smart City."

The platform is a comprehensive solution aimed at automating the main business models of the enterprise including water supply, water disposal, heat supply, electricity and gas. Digital RSO serves as a resource management based on "big data," allows digital control over the implementation of various indicators. In addition, the solution increases the efficiency and transparency of processes, including economic and energy efficiency.

By August 17, 2023, 30 platform implementations were completed in more than 10 cities of Russia.

"The share of solutions for housing and communal services included in the register for August 2023 is extremely small, which only once again confirms the" immaturity "of this market. By automating operating modes, reducing costs and energy consumption by up to 25%, energy costs are reduced, losses are reduced by up to 65%, labor productivity and speed of elimination of emergency situations are increased.

"These are calculated figures, but we see confirmation of our calculations in practice in Glazov of the Udmurt Republic, where Digital Vodokanal is already operating in trial operation mode," Sergei Kuchin emphasized.

According to the commercial director, in general, the digital transformation of resource storage is one of the key conditions for the successful development of the industry and the implementation of Smart City standards.
