"Digital heat supply" is a digital product for power and housing and communal services. A component of the Digital Resource Supply system.
Digital Heat Supply is a comprehensive solution for digital transformation and automation of the main business processes of resource-supplying organizations (heat supply and water supply, water supply, water disposal). The main task of digital transformation is to create a common information space for managing resources based on big data, digital control over the implementation of measurable indicators, increasing the efficiency and transparency of processes, creating high-tech workplaces with high productivity.

Entry into the digital product market for power and housing and communal services "Digital heat supply"
The company "RuSat Infrastructure Solutions" (RIR, part of the State Corporation "Rosatom") announced on October 18, 2022 the launch of a digital product for power and housing and communal services "Digital Heat Supply." It allows you to significantly improve the quality and reliability of heat supplies to homes. The solution increases the efficiency of power facilities, reduces the cost of production processes, the number of downtime and emergency situations. In October 2022, the first projects for the implementation of the system are being implemented - in Glazov (Udmurt Republic), Lipetsk and Voronezh.
The software and hardware complex "Digital Heat Supply" is a completely import-independent solution aimed at increasing the efficiency of production activities of enterprises in the field of heat energy and heat supply. The result is achieved due to automation of individual business processes and analysis of production and technological indicators. The solution can be implemented both in a complete complex and in a modular way to automate individual business processes of the enterprise - sales, repairs, transport, labor protection, etc.
As part of the Digital Heat Supply complex, there are software modules of three directions. The former help automate and increase the efficiency of the business processes of the resource supplying organization itself (RSO).
The second is to increase the efficiency of resource consumption directly from consumers, including in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions. Subscribers have the opportunity to effectively manage heat consumption, save resources, improve the quality of heating and hot water services, and comply with technological restrictions on the provision of heating services. Some planned effects: a reduction in heat consumption - up to 40%, a reduction in the time for detecting an emergency - up to 90%, an instant response to an "overflow."
The third group of Digital Heat Supply modules provides the authorities with the opportunity to receive information about the work of RSO enterprises in the territory entrusted to them. The BI-system with dashboards will allow responsible persons to see what critical incidents are when they are eliminated, how well preparations are being made for the autumn-winter period, whether there are complaints from the population.
Some modules are already functioning. These are "Central Panel," "Mode Analysis," "Fuel and Energy Balance," "Applications," "Crawlers-Controllers," "Operation Support." By the end of 2022, the development of the Consumer module will be completed. The remaining modules will be developed until April 2023. The version of existing modules is provided, which involves the development of intelligent functions.
During the implementation of the project, the team of developers and engineers uses digital twins of engineering infrastructure and generation facilities, which are developed for each project individually. In particular, models of boiler units, each turbine, technological connections of equipment are created, due to which it is possible to calculate the optimality of equipment operation, efficiency, to optimize loading for a certain goal - for example, to achieve maximum efficiency or maximum margin. In addition, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics technologies are actively used. For example, artificial intelligence allows you to identify specific areas where an accident could occur on networks, there is no need to examine the entire system, all networks. This technology was tested on the current product of the Digital Water Utility, the results confirmed the effectiveness of the solution.
Refinement of basic modules
As of March 28, 2022, the final revision of the basic software modules of the Digital Heat Supply solution is underway. Soon, RuSat Infrastructure Solutions (RIR, part of ROSATOM) will be able to present it to potential customers.
Direct analogues of the Digital Heat Supply product are 28 solutions from various developers (as of April 2022).
