2024: Launch of "Postmaster"

On November 14, 2024, the Russian Post launched its own platform for optimizing the operation of the courier service - Postmaster. Software developed by a subsidiary of PostTech will simplify the work of couriers and dispatchers.

Thanks to the functionality of the mobile application, couriers will be able to quickly process and deliver shipments, as well as quickly hand over parcels using a simple electronic signature. The use of technologies and services, for example, integration with Yandex Router to build optimal routes, will not only improve the quality of service, but also reduce delivery costs.

An important quality of the platform is the ability to work without a stable connection to the Internet to (if the network disappears, the courier will complete operations in the application, after which information it will load up after it appears), Internet which is especially valuable in remote regions and in adverse weather conditions.

Russian Post continues to improve logistics processes and introduce new technologies to improve the quality of customer service. Thanks to this platform, Mail couriers will receive an effective tool for performing daily routine tasks, and company customers can be sure of the speed of delivery of shipments. We calculated that, on average, Postmaster will help in the delivery of more than 20 million shipments per year, which will significantly increase the efficiency of our courier service, "said Dmitry Ilyin, Deputy General Director for IT and Development of Digital Services of the Russian Post.
